Just up the bruxner range towards Tenterfield there's a back road thru all old mining camps called herrigans lane.. brings you out near liston nsw 20 mins from stanthorpe.. I strongly suggest you give that ride a go it's beautiful long plenty of twisty rangey dirt road and a great amount of roads coming off the main road to explore..in the middle of a range too
OnTheBackWheel awesome mate you won't regret it.. bring some camping gear or stay in a hotel and you can hit up sundown national Park while your hear great place to camp and spend a day taking in all the sites. All dirt everything from beginners tracks to gnarley tracks

Another top vid! What tyres are you running? Obviously great skill in riding so well on all these mixed terrains, but your tyres must be very versatile. Would love to know.

@@AgricUltra I went the mt21. For the riding I do, I should have done it ages ago. Feels INFINITELY better off road and I can ride way faster now and not worry about it all the time
@@onthebackwheel Mate, I just like to know the roads to incorporate them in future rides. Phil on Mid Coast Adventures adds a Google maps link to his route which is cool. Just a suggestion.

I don't think you are going fast enough in the bush, any speed on those tracks under 120kmphr, is not fast enough. When you get out on the hwy, make sure you get upto 140kmphr, other wise, your just wasting time.

Eagle eye! Mate I had constant issues with the indicators on that bike popping out. A pain!

Good bike with mods. The light is solid once you put it at the right angle. It is terrible from stock and needs to be adjusted

Hi Manny. The fuse blew on my thermo fan. It was covered in mud too which didn't help. Despite that, got me home still!

Last update (November), he was running the Dunlop D606 on the rear and Bridgestone AX41 on the front.
Yes that's right. This was the last ride for both of them. I do not recommend the AX41 front

On this trip, Bridgestone AX41 front and D606 rear
I don't think you are going fast enough in the bush, any speed on those tracks under 120kmphr, is not fast enough. When you get out on the hwy, make sure you get upto 140kmphr, other wise, your just wasting time.
Ok I'll aim for 125 and 150 next time 😂
