Tupac Shakur 1995 Interview With Chuck Phillips (First Interview After Jail Release) FULL UNCUT Rare

  • This is the first interview Tupac did after being released from jail.
Six days after his release from a New York prison, Tupac Shakur is holed up in the control booth of a dimly lit Tarzana recording studio.
Bobbing his head and grinning, the 24-year-old rapper turns up the volume on a funky duet called "2 of America's Most Wanted," which he just finished with label mate Snoop Doggy Dogg.
It's the 14th song Shakur has recorded since emerging from behind bars. Dressed in a baggy sweat suit and bandanna, Shakur--who hopes to have a new album out by Christmas, just days before arguments begin on his appeal -- spoke about prison, the media and his music.

Certainly love for his people. How real he was is an inspiration. Something I can relate too and respect him for so greatly! He didn't deserve this. The trouble he would have stirred is probably the reason he got shot. Seen the "immunity confession", but even so. I don't truly buy it even though how perfect that revenge story is. Only an idiot couldn't see how powerful his voice was going to become.

Not to mention, how wise & mature he was for his age. He literally called it, that why must it take for me to pass away in the physical form, for me to be missed. Also to gain such immense acknowledgment as a 1 in a generation of an artist and amazing human being with such wisdom. Almost like he knew that as long as he was alive there will always be haters, jealousy, controversy ect... But when he passes away, which he knew, almost like a 6th sense that it would be soon, while he was young. Then only after that were to happen, he would gain & receive much love.

Thanks for releasing this am a big fan of 2pac to hear the person behind the music is amazing 🌎🖤🙏🏿

  • @advantagetennisinternation2427

The sad part was PAC couldn't control his temper. He said in the interview he wouldn't be doing anything to jeopardize his freedom, yet that fateful night in Vegas he jumped a gang member while on appeal. He also made a big mistake by hanging with gang members in a social setting. Notice how Dr. Dre didn't do that and look at the empire he built. Tupac lacked the direction he needed to at Death Row and him and Suge was a bad mix...
