If you notice Yoda is forcing himself to talk normal, you can clearly hear that he's struggling with it.
Or it could be that he's just yelling and his voice is straining to be louder
He can speak normally without any problem, but he chooses to speak this way so that people will pay more attention to his words.

Yoda talks weird by choice. He does know how to speak normally.

It was only in the prequels that Lucas lost his mind and had him speaking backwards 95% of the time. ("Around the survivors, a perimeter, create.") Then the Clone War series tripled down on it.

Yoda can talk normally, as seen in Empire strikes back. He really only speaks backwards whenever he is trying to teach or emphasize a point.
Yoda talks how he talks. Sometimes it's normal("I cannot teach him") There's no rule on how he talks
In an earlier scene, we see Ki adi and a couple of other jedi being placed in the circle of other jedi/Padme without a lightsaber. My guess is he picked up one of the 100+ fallen lightsabers and it was green
Nah Ki adi actually has two crystal because his species has two brains and I’m guessing that the crystals are different colors because the color of the crystal is based off your personality

I do not think Ki adi's lightsaber is a mistake. If I recall correctly during the brief cease fire Ki adi was one of several disarmed Jedi taken prisoner by the droids. Returned to the Jedi's defensive circle to die with them. I assume someone gave him a spare. Like how Anakin and Obi-wan were using spares the entire battle.
Yoda can talk normally. We see it in his first appearance. He was faking the backward talk before he reveals himself to Luke. Then it’s all normal. Everyone just likes his quirk of talking backwards. But it wouldn’t make sense to learn speech that way. Even Yaddle talks normal. Grogu will probably talk normal too. Yoda talks backwards-like so that people will pay attention to his wisdom. It helps people to really dig into what he is saying. In a Warzone like this war’s beginning Yoda is out of his peacekeeper element as there hasn’t been a full scale war in 1000 years and Yoda is around 900. Yoda talks normal to command quickly to the commander because nobody has time for backward confusion.
I really hate when obvious mistakes are written off as, "well actually (bullshit lore they pulled out of their ass)." -and no franchise but star wars fucking does this the most.

THANK YOU. But I don’t mind it as it is an error and to make it fun for the fans they explain it, I don’t mind that just explain it well. Like why couldn’t they say he had tow lightsabers or picked up someone else’s lightsaber. Or he carried a back up saber of the same design, that would make more sense to me
Well I think it’s to make the best of what the gave us.
Hot take: I actually like that. Or when they keep in goofy things just because it's goofy, like the famous Stormtrooper bumping his head on the door.
Instead of just saying that Ki Adi used a random lightsaber that was given to him, they made unnecessarily complicated ♿️

Imo its not clearly fake beard. Seems real enough to me.
It was added in with visual effects afterwards. While it looks pretty real, compare it to the other shot and there's a noticeable difference in quality.

Admittedly, he does have a few other normal lines in the movies but I thought this was still a cool thing though.

I'm going to be real with you, the shorts perform better when I put the word HILARIOUS in all caps in the title but I'm still shocked you didn't bust out laughing when you saw that for 2 frames Ki-Adi-Mundi had a green lightsaber instead of a blue one.
