Thanks Jacques! I love your courtbillion recipe. Might have to try it this weekend. I fish for catfish with hotdogs left outside for a day or so. They hold together well and attract catfish well too. What is your secret for pan fish? I usually just use a half a worm on a small hook. Keep the videos coming. I miss Louisiana and I miss the food for sure.

No sir. I have stopped evening fishing years ago, as well as fishing offshore. When I do fish it is usually in the early mornings and I fish for catfish.
