    😆😆 Eish Kaluhi, kunichekesha nayo. will try this recipe which has a kick of pepper and lime zest.
    swali though. can I use coconut cream instead....

    • @Kaluhiskitchen
      @Kaluhiskitchen  Před 3 lety +1

      Coconut cream will introduce a new flavor note (coconut) and the flavors will clash kiasi. Cow milk which makes cream does not taste like coconut cream, which comes from a tree- hence cannot be direct substitutes of each other without changing the entire recipe all together

    • @Kaluhiskitchen
      @Kaluhiskitchen  Před 2 lety

      No. Cream has more fat and also cream and mala aren't the same thing despite them both being white

    reduce the talking its too much in your video be straightforward

    • @Kaluhiskitchen
      @Kaluhiskitchen  Před 2 lety +1

      Yes explanations are part and parcel of my videos, that way you get to learn the how's and why's of cooking.
      I am a talkative person and if that bothers you, you have two options:
      1. Read the recipe as opposed to watching, link on bio. Reading takes 3 minutes
      2. The most obvious solution: don't watch. If you prefer creators who don't talk, then go and watch creators who don't talk. Imagine it is that straightforward. Go and watch those 30 second videos, there are millions on CZcams. Don't hate-watch me - a host who talks - only so that you can complain in the comments. Align with and watch youtubers who do not talk seeing that is what you prefer.

    • @amosnickson4138
      @amosnickson4138 Před 2 lety

      @@Kaluhiskitchen i agree with you but talking too much makes your point which was relevant irrelevant so be clear and precise .

    • @Kaluhiskitchen
      @Kaluhiskitchen  Před 2 lety +1

      @Amos Nickson there is no but mzee!!!! It is clear: if you do not like my videos, do not watch. Common sense! Go and watch the 30 second videos, wachana na zangu mzee. Bye!
