In this quick how-to tutorial, Todd walks you through how easy it is to install a Gasbox Tall Chopper Sissy Bar on your 2004-up Harley-Davidson Sportster. This bolt on kit allows you to mount a sissy bar to your stock swingarm motorcycle easily. No more worrying about how to secure your gear! With two versions now available you can go with a short version that measures 20 inches from bottom to top or the taller version with measures in at 24 1/4 inches.
This sissy bar is a direct bolt on for 2004 & Up Harley Davidson Sportsters. Simply remove the stock frame rail cover hardware, and bolt the new sissy bar on. Featuring black powder coat to protect it from the elements.

Then add a R9kustoms sissy bar duffle bag to it, love mine, love the vintage look.
I just bought the short version. If only I knew the longer one would be coming. Now I have to buy another.
Billy Smith : that’s how it works. Or weld it on top for an extra high sissy bar, then your bike will be officially a trans bike with a really big bar pretending to be a sissy. Massive suction cup dildo on the tank and you are away. Probably would become the Democratic frontrunner.
Merry Christmas Todd ! now my sleeping bag, bed roll, bumb wrap, has a place to go, easy rider!
Nice and easy. Would add a touch of locktite personally.
yes you can do that and we highly suggest it. We just wanted to show how easy it is. Happy holidays 💪
lowbrowcustoms yeah I know you guys do. Just wanted to tell the newbies. Keep it up guys! 👌🏼. Merry Christmas ya’ll
Todd - many thx for the videos...Merry Xmas!
Work of art!
I have the same bike the same seat and I have the Harley Davidson sissy bar. Pay extra but it fits just want to squeeze in a seat there’s no back pad and the angles off. The Harley when you can remove it without taking off the hardware looks a lot nicer than that.
can you send me a link to the seat by any chance?
How far are the holes spaced on your HD sissy bar? And how wide is it?
Thanks!
I’m looking at a bike that was your Tsunami fender installed. Do you folks make a sissy bar that works after cutting the struts? Please help
Do they have a chrome version of this?
I think it’s nice LBC is able to employ some workers with diverse needs like our friend, Luigi from super Mario Customs. Handicapped folks are some of the best employees you’ll find. Well done LBC 👍🏻.
Tourette’s 4 life brother.
If you're implying that Todd is handicapped, you are extremely mistaken.
lowbrowcustoms : Oh, no, I wasn’t implying. I was saying he was and was celebrating this gift. Good for Todd. More power to him and LBC. You are a terrific organisation. I’d take a look at your Not for Profit eligibility’s. You might be surprised how you go. Seriously.
What lift is that there and what lifts do you guys have?
Can you guys make a sissy bar just like that 20" for Suzuki bkvd c50?
We don't make any one off parts, I'm sorry ):
AD 648 Know damn good & well; that tag's gotta story behind it. -DU69160
Really? You seriously made a video doing a DIRECT bolt in replacement for a sissy bar? What are you smoking? Oh, have any more? lol
