The idea that the speed force was created and yet always existed is more of a failure of language than anything. It's more like the force, once generated in the present, was unbound by the flow of time and thus was able to spread into the past as well as the future.
It's the same thing with life and the Big Bang theory, if you get what I'm saying?

@@avarma6313 no. Flash is basically the start of ALL THOSE OTHER UNIVERSES. Flash may not have created those heroes but when Barry got in his accident he created the so called “multi-verse”.
The speed force is also the reason the Flash can sometimes break the laws of physics with his speed. His speed isn't just running fast there's something beyond simple physics at work.
Barry Allen is so essential to the DC universe that when he was depowered everything went to hell in the Flashpoint...but that's probably a whole nother can of worms that doesn't need opening.
There is nothing like speed force.

I also like to think that the friction of him running generates static electricity, so when jay takes his hat off, his hair sticks up in the air like crazy.
To answer you question all you need to know is that speedsters can manipulate the laws of physics using the speed force, thus the INFINITE MASS PUNCH. Wich is used to punch someone with the force of a white dwarf star

Just for people who didn't know Jay Garrick can tap in to the Speed Force but if he's cut off from it he still has Super Speed but he's not as fast

@@thenoirknight5729 unfortunately it does not stack the way you want it to lmao . like once you tap to speedforce , you get speed depending on how deeply connected you are to it. it's like a bond between the speedster and speedforce. like wally west who has a deeper bond with the speedforce than barry making him faster than barry.
so once jay garrick taps to speedforce , his natural superspeed is rendered useless or ignored. but still he is faster with speedforce because he can run near lightspeed despite his low connection to speedforce. while with his regular speed he can only run at 700+ mph.

Well every plot based on time travel is definitely going to have a few plot holes.
Just so it is very clear with no confusion: The flash(s) is/are the most powerful being(s) in the universe. He/They can tap into the vibration frequency of the universe and destroy the entire dimension, and survive by crossing to another dimension.

Here’s an idea, remember how time tends to have a butterfly effect causing near permanent changes to the new timeline and occasionally forcibly erase characters. Maybe Berry Allen’s creation isn’t as confusing when you consider this as the first instance of time travel and a creation of a so-called universe bubble. Consider this, before Berry Allen became the Flash, it was just a single universe that exist and any other universe that could exist cannot reach his because they are free to expand into infinity, but when he creates the Speed force, he end up creating a bubble that force the various universe to collide. Unfortunately because this is a bubble that also mean when things gets too much, universes could end up collapsing with each other and due to this things like character getting erase from time ends up happening as the Speed Force could no longer hold that information without destroying everything or in this case pop.

Personally, I've always wondered if something like the Speed Force actually exists in our, er, existence. Like, there are the opposing forces; the downward force of your body is met by the opposing upward force of the ground, keeping you from sinking through it or something like that (maybe it's something to do with electrons, I don't really remember), so who's to say that there aren't certain laws and forces for kinetic energy or speed in general that have not been discovered/tapped into yet?
I wonder this because:
1. I've been watching The Flash (both the new one and the original series from the 90's).
2. I'm in school for Applied Engineering, and because I'm currently watching Eobard run around with a "Speed Battery" so to speak, I wonder if one can create a suit that can tap into the real life "speed force". Or perhaps it may have more to do with molecular agitation, like in that movie "Clockstoppers". (Is it obvious that I really, REALLY want superpowers?)

Joshua Monson The Reverse Flash is more of a title used by them, it's not Eobard's actual villain name. Reverse Flash is to them what the Scarlet Speedster is to the Flash.
Thank you!!! I've heard of the speed force and have tried to understand but was unable to due to its excessive over complication, this was the easiest to understand simplification of the speed force I've heard yet, it's still complicated but I've got an idea of it now.

I think it would be great if people would learn about Marshal law, the art is very gruesome and that's what makes it so special. I think it would be a great video!

After watching like 3 seasons of the flash I can honestly say I'm still confused as to what the speed force is. Literally every single time they said "we were able to harness speed force energy to ...." could easily be replaced with "because magic" and I'd find no difference.
That's not wrong....in fact in the comics, the speedforce is magical.

The speed force really is an awesome thing in the DC universe.
2D time. Reader time, and in-universe time. The Flash can travel through in-universe time, but we see him from reader time.
Barry's accident created the speed force and caused it to be there from the start of in-universe time.
Barry Allen/The Flash is always one of those characters that are fascinating to read into.
As far as I know he can also use Speed Force to make something like a Hadouken

I think for a better description of how the speed force works in spatial dimensions, you have to change a few things. Firstly rather than thinking that space and time exist as two separate entities. You have to think of it as most physicist do. Spacetime. One single interwoven continuum. One cannot be changed without affecting the other. Secondly. You can also think of the Speedforce as the DC Universes version of the The Aether, only much, much cooler. Theosophy also has something that sounds really similar to the speed force called the Etheric Plane or Planes.
You can also think of the DC Multiverse and how Barry Caused the Speedforce to exist as a product of Temporal Causality. Family Guy did an episode on the subject, it was really good and funny.
Another difference between Superman and The Flash is, Superman can't naturally Phase Shift. Vibrate the atoms of his body so that he can go through solid matter. I think the only time he was able to do so, was in Superman Red/ Superman Blue. In All Star Superman he became pure energy.

Wally is the fastest Flash because he has infinite speed and he mainlined the Speed Force, Barry is the second fastest Flash because he has near-infinite speed and he has created the Speed Force, and Jay is the third fastest Flash because of age and wisdom and experience.

Isaack Acevedo AFAIK Superman can't, at all. Superman's speed is based on Kryptonian evolution powered by a young, yellow sun. He is fast, but nowhere NEAR as fast as the Flashes.

Don't worry if you don't understand, humans aren't supposed to, we live in a 3 dimensional world, actually, that's wrong. It's just we can only perceive 3 dimensions. Theoretically, while we can 'feel' time, or at least what it does, it is a higher dimensions, so, we cannot perceive it.

if superman can move as fast or slower than the flash without entering the speed force it would be impossible for him to move faster than light like all the speedsters do, he will also create huge winds while running and nuclear explosions by breaking the air molecules smashing on his body
