In the Tv ostankino Center that today is Channel One Russian, it was formerly the Soviet Central Television ??
Yes, Ostankino was the main broadcasting center of the Soviet TV since 1967 till the very final day of the Soviet Union. Then it become a home for ORT and NTV - the first independent nation wide TV channel back then and since 2001 a Gazprom owned company. Few years ago Gazprom bild a new broadcasting center for NTV and now they are in the process of moving out of Ostankino

This is Channel One Russia.
What?
because channel one russia broadcast overseas via satellite and it's a seperate entity than RT or sputnik
But for the Russian viewers, if you try to get Channel One Russia using antennas/Russia Cable/Satellite, it's still getting you Russian language I guess? It can't be broadcasted in English.
channel one russia has its international channel so they translate their promo to everyone
