Opening idents from 1972 to 2010 from soviet, then russian television news: Vremya (translation: Time)
Step 1: music
Step 2: *Добрый вечер*
Lmao
Uhjjju
Optional Step 3: Здравствуйте товарищи
Or Hello Comrades
@Memphis Reed bruh
1972 and 1987 were the best.
I love how 1991 is nice and 1994 jumps to shit quality. Shows much like what happened in the country at the time.
+Koc yra Between August 18th 1991 and December 15th 1994 "Vremya" didn't exist. It was replaced from another program. It was reintroduced only on December 16th 1994.
1991 vremya is the best vremya!
1991 is the best. The Russian news in my made up stories has a similar intro but the earth, instead of being all blue is true-colored
It's look like there's no any musician help 1st Channel of Ostankino for their 1994 version
or.... Macintosh PCs are so bad to remake the intro :))
@@retrotvoesterreich how about 1992-1993?
1987 is the most powerful. I remember this majestic sound from my childhood
Igor Priladyshev What did you think about 1985?
Igor Priladyshev The PBS station in Boston had a test viewing of a translated version of Vremya. I always thought "Time Forward" was a snappy little tune.
They dont know that their 1985 intro will be the future anthem of Russia in 1990!
Same one used today
1987 was the 70th anniversary of the Great October socialist revolution.
I like how the USSR mastered a 3d animated opening right before their collapse
and then it got much worse and never got better
"Vremya" has a long history on Russian and Soviet television. It's been the main news program since the 1960s. Between 1991 and 1994 it was removed, and the 9:00 evening news bulletin was simply called "News," as there was an attempt to remove EVERYTHING Soviet from Russian television. That didn't last long, and people started remembering and longing for the past. So, Soviet programs such as "Vremya" returned.
From 1987 to 2010 the tune intro is "Time Foward" by Georgy Sviridov
Thanks for your information, finally I found that tune.
+MAKINICO WO. You're welcome. Greetings from Mexico
lotso toon what is the tune at 0:01
Ryan Chua
Well the theme at 0:01 is the intervision theme used in 60's until 1993 .
The best song!
1987 intro is the best.
@Ethan Chu 👉🤖
0:55 the satellite is scanning for hidden Capitalists...
2:06 Best one.
2:06 lol The Stalin Subway :D:D
Very very impressive the old 1972 opening!
Its truly a very sophisticated EAST cultural broadcast masterpiece!
Oh, 1972 and 1977 have such a nice and cute tune
+Kryštof Vinter, what I like about them is that they're futuristic & space themed.
😷
I just noticed 1985 music is the patriotic song of glinka
@@ParasaurolophusEwan can you tell me more? I am not very aware ot this culture, what is "glinka"? its a city in former USSR?
@@Atrux1 A classical composer from the imperial times.
“Time, Forward” is a great news theme
"ВРЕМЯ" (pronounced "vremya") means "time."
Moskow Time news
In my native language has two words:vremea & timpul
That's Romanian
Time, forward
The current song is called Time, Forward! But in russian: Время, вперед!
1:36 sounds like the Yeltsin era Russian federation anthem
It is and the anthem is called the patriotic song of glinka
lol a foreshadowing of ussr collapse
It's also the anthem of the RSFSR, they're the same song
@@srinathj2222 that’s also the reason why the RF kept it « by default » for the first decade just as some others(like Belorussia) did.
Its very bad 👎
I do like the theme "Time Forward" used in the later years.
I imagine the vremya logo being the 1991 logo but with earth being terrain coloured and the New music plays
The 1985 ident is the one I remember seeing on Soviet TV each evening when I was in Leningrad on a language course in March-April 1984. Brings back memories. At that time the news bulletins were assiduously keeping the Soviet public informed of the activities at the Greenham Common anti-nuclear women's peace camp in the UK, and the beginning of the miners' strike which was causing such a problem for Margaret Thatcher and her government.
4:25 this would be the intro if Soviet Union were alive.
No . Es para comemoración de día victoria 9 mayo . Pero en junio ya no hay esa estrella .
Dobriy vyecher!
Pavel Sheremet on 3:45. He would be murdered in Kiev, Ukraine 17 years later with a car bomb. Ukrainian investigators still can't or don't want to find the perpetrators.
Rest in peace
wow thank you for the information. I am not very aware of ukrainian affairs, what are the hypothesis according to you?
I like how from 1994 they remove soviet images but in 2010 they just say "who cares"
LOL, but it's actually aired during Victory Day (May 9th).
Since 2004 the clock is very bad
It's not round enough
1972 opening is "Безымянная мелодия" by Andrei Petrov
КЛАСС
Can you please translate this song title in English so I can try to find it
@@shawnrobinson225That means "Song without a Name"
thanks!
@@mahesahafiztirtono2217 Nameless Song maybe?!
"Time" is still shown at 9:00 PM every evening on Channel 1. Other channels have the main evening news at different times: Russia-1 has "News" at 8:00 PM and NTV has "Today" at 7:00 PM, for example. All of the major TV stations have short news bulletins (15 minutes) every three hours, again staggered at different hours so that the main programs don't overlap with other channels.
1985 is the best!
RSFSR I think so too!!
秋田太郎 Glad to hear :)
isn't the song called the patriotic song?
it is
Loved it!
*1987 that looked nostalgic...*
Oh my god how I would have loved CZcams in 1977. I love it!
My favorites are:
1972
1987
1994
2009
I love how it went from boom in the beginning and kept it the same from 1985
The 1987 version was and is the best version out of them, too bad the Capitalist pigs had to ruin it
"Capitalist pigs" gave you freedome
+Ltresso12
No you chill, the gave you the illusion of freedom.
+SMGJohn no Read animal farm. It's about communism
+Ltresso12
Reading Animal Farm is like reading the Bible and believing it.
reading the communist manifesto is like reading the comment and not laughing at it.
SO NOSTALGIC!
I love the intro's music
In my stories the Vremya intro starts with a scene similar to the 1991 intro before zooming out to earth, and there is a process similar to the 1987 intro but the red star is replaced with a double headed eagle
very classy I assume :p
2:06 is my fav and its similar to Xinwen Lianbo
I think soviets intended to show their communications devices and progress in that.
what is the name of the song used in the first 2 openings ?
Wow this comment is 7 years old and no one replied

1972/1977 + 1987 = BEST NEWS LEADER IN THE WORLD!!!
kabakke changed my mind; 1987 also best music!
2008 and 1987 have the best design and 1972 has the best music
I do love the first and second idents...the one with the huge C-band dish has a certain beauty, but it's also creepy. Hard to define.
Interesting upload, always interesting to see how things were done in the "Klingon Empire".
The 2009 graphics are a rip-off of the BBC.
You're true
I remember Saksi news broadcast in the Philippines
?
Great nostalgia
I have to say that anniversary red star does look very snazzy.
@kaiyan1995 The theme is also the theme song for the Soviet movie "Time, Forward!"
Whoe composed that fantastic 1972 opening theme I would like to get it as cell phone ring!
В 1991 уже не произносят обращение к Народу "Здравствуйте Товарищи"
Теперь мы им не Товарищи, мы им никто!
патриот..
1991 has the best anthem in my stories the Russian news has a similar opening
I still get nostalgia vibes from 2009
White strange Is, that version from 1985 was national anthem of Russia in Jelzin Era.
anyone knows the name of the song of the first introduction?
Lovely soft 1972 Piano intro!
What's the name of the song from 1972?
@@keitaalston3757 "Безымянная мелодия", Andrey Petrov
Sounds very nostalgic
I have a question. What is the meaning of the logo with a star and 4 circles at the bottom right corner with the letter SAGE that we can see at 1:00 ?
Love those of the 1990s.
My favourite theme music 1987,best video 2009. Disabled UK carrer. GOD BLESS!
Кому интересно,музыка в заставках с 1985 года называется "Время Вперёд!"
secam color system. very nice.
Who just let a frag grenade explode?
Edit: it is on 0:02
the 1991 studio is pretty good.
I love the 1991 version.
I like the intros from 1996, 1999 and 2004 because they used "news studio" scenes instead of the world globe. Too many TV news programmes use world globe in their intros nowadays.
I only remember the 1991 one because at that time Rai2 (an Italian tv) used to broadcast a morning program with news edition from several world television, NBC, France 2, ZDF, Cnn and also this Russian one.
IoRoberto Beh certo, mica potevano trasmettere Vremja dell'URSS...
91 the sound of my childhood
2:41 is a bit creepy. imagine hearing dat at night.
but because of it is so creepy, it's my favourite :D
tha 1987 version shoulda stayed FOREVER!!
Ганво
1977 is best! YOU WATCH MANDATORY SOCIALIST STATE NEWSCAST, NOW!
Do you know where is located that massive antenna? Thanks
It's not a really spectacular one like the DUGA so it could be anywhere.
GeoSanz Deep Space Communications Center in Yevpatoria
That's why everybody around the world knows about this program.
I think the 1987 one is the best as well as the new one ;)
"Time Forward" is #1 news theme of all time! Repressive gov'ts totally rock at that!
The best one was the 1987 version, which is called Time Forward by Georgy Sviridov
@nullpore Do you have an idea which tune is that piano tune from the first and the second one. I love both. So analogue. All broadcasters have computer generated graphics. They often suck, like the Heute intro from 2000 and 2009. The old Times forward interpretation from 1987 is nicer than the current interpretation. But I love the piano tune from 1972/7 (it must be older). CCTV of China does have the "Xinwen Lianbo" tunes for over 20 years- unchanged. I hope the best for you in Japan.
I'm surprised the Soviets had CGI technology good enough to accomplish the 1991 opening. That still looks good today!
Personally I like 1987 theme the best!
3:41
Looks Like Saksi (Eyewitness) Philippine News Opening

What's the name of the music in the 1972 and 1977 version?

That is called the Patriotic Song. It has been used throughout Soviet and Russian history, and was the anthem of the Russian Federation from 1991-2000.
1972 is surprisingly cool and arty
Кстати, ПРОПУЩЕНА ЕЩЁ ОДНА заставка - примерно между 1978 и 1985 годами. Я её прекрасно помню!
Which is the song in the second one?
What is the song of the 1985 opening ?
"Патриотическая песня" - Patriotic Song, the anthem of RFSSR and Russia from 1990 to 2000.
Can you tell me the name of the 1985 anthem? Looks like pretty great , I wanna hear it in full version. Thank you :)
"Патриотическая песня" or "The Patriotic Song."
think it's one of most glorious anthems.
@@sentsent4376 thank you :) . I just asked the same question 2 years later, and I found your answer :D . I am persistent ^^
The current theme of Vremya remains same as 1987.
What song was the theme in the 70s?
1985 has a very good intro.
That theme tune keeps me waiting for Thunderbird 1 to appear.....
i know exactly what you mean, it's kind of sombre and depressing almost, really weird
The current opening theme (called 'Time Forward') was originally composed for a 1960s Soviet movie about the construction of Magnitogorsk under Stalin.
So, no. It's not "contaminated by western bloc." You couldn't possibly be more wrong.
2:06 STAND UP ! !
Where is located that antenna at 1:00 min???
What's the name of the music used at 2:06?
Wait, how in 1985 they already have 3D?
That is a video of the Kremlin, premade to be inserted dinto the ident. It isn't 3d, in terms of animation.
@@user-kp2vs3ec4z ok, thanks
I thought somewhere around 2005-6 the Vremya intro had dropped the theme music from "Time, Forward!" (Vremya, vperjod!). But does this mean they have brought it back? What about the red star? I haven't been to Russia in 4-5 years.
what is this and why is it in my recommended
All the ones before 1992 were good
0:55. The large parabolic dish sweeping the sky (obviously time lapse here). Was this the antenna they used to beam the programs to the Ecran satellite in its Molniya orbit?
The intro jump scared me
