on an average we get somewhere 5-6% rental returns.
Whats your views on new project like omaxe chandani chowk or karol bagh.
They offer 12% return till possession and then 7% beyond that..
also the appreciation of capital seems viable.
Please suggest shall I invest in such new projects? As After going through detail
