I just used a pharmacy recommendation of Lyclear lotion. Leave on for ten minutes and all lice were dead. You have to use a nit comb to get the nits off the hair shaft too as they stick like glue. This way is easy and efficient and cost about twelve dollars for the lotion and a few dollars for a decent nit comb. Worked perfectly and didn’t have to retreat after several days. I did however have to use the nit comb regularly to get all nits off the hair shaft. But the lice were all dead so removal was merely for aesthetics.
i’ve used listerine the last two times i’ve had lice nd it’s worked, you have to let it sit for atleast an hour. after use white vinegar for abt a half hour and then comb comb comb and repeat every other day until you don’t find anything. you have to be super careful with it but in the long run it’s one of the cheapest options and easily available.
I mixed peppermint oil onto some thick conditioner and dimethicone oil or hair serum last night. I was freezing and couldn't sleep but my mom is removing the bugs right now. I'll have to try tea tree oil as well. I used dimethicone oil and combed for a whole month last time but I also shaved my hair off so it was easier. I didn't have much help so the hair had to go. I'm considering going bald this time.😅
Try blow dryer heat. Might damage your hairthough. I read a study that blowdrying for about 1 min at 50° is enough to kill the eggs. You just need to remove the bugs. I'm trying it on my mum today.
My head had itched so bad that I would roll it against a wall in seriously... Now I know what the popping was! I thought I was crushing my scalp tissue and this is what was causing the popping
She's not wrong though, they're starting to become immune to alot of things. So make sure you are wet combing as well as whatever you are using to chemically treat them. Never assume they're dead in your hair.
Pyrethrins is the CDC recommendation which can only kill live lice, not unhatched eggs (nits). A second treatment is recommended 9 to 10 days after the first treatment to kill any newly hatched lice before they can produce new eggs. That second treatment should include washing linens & such as well. Use a nit comb for removal of eggs. Lice are not immune to this which means they can be removed completely in 2 rounds of treatment.
Dawn dish soap!!!! And a lice comb. soak hair in any cooking oil over night. Comb hair before putting it up and capping it. rinse hair, apply dawn dish soap comb out last of the eggs/dead bugs. The soap will break down there skin! Dang I should charge $19.99 for that information!
Funny how she talks and talks she tells you what does not work but never tells you what does work she works for the government so I guess it must be a secret.
This is nit a tutorial, and yea...you leave the Listerine on for HOURS, not 15 minutes. They can't hold their breath forever.
Yes, Listerine does work! It is all about the money!
Soon as she says "my goverment work". Trust Gone.

Did you use a metal comb, I find that the little plastic ones only catch what a normal comb would!
GET TO THE FUCKING POINT

From what I have been told, it HAS to be the Blue Listerine, name brand only.
I hate to tell you this, but you are 100% wrong. I have used the original listerine on my children And it absolutely does work…
Listerine does work! This is just a bunch of talk so you will end up buying her step by step videos. Really sad!

There are places out there. You just have to search for the places. I don't know where you're from, but where I am, we have a place.
