Cheers! I'm staying in Bali atm so I didn't paint it! BUT looking closer... it's basically just a sponge texture made to look like concrete. While I don't know the name of the color, it's about 3 different shades of a warmer grey. I've seen similar things done before, and I believe you basically buy the darkest shade of grey you're going to use, then mix it with various amounts of white to make lighter pigments... Then sponge away! Agreed - the effect looks great.
“Super humble guy” does it again. Nice.😊 Bluetooth mice can also be used - shows as arrow in Android.
Question: Are text replacements a problem when an app attempts auto-correct or spell check?
Haha hope it brought you some fresh ideas to try. I've never had issues with text replacements + spell check. Normally auto correct only happens after you hit the spacebar on the word, so typing a shortcut like "fhfh" wouldn't autocorrect to anything since it gets replaced before hitting space!
Whats the productivity advantage of using phone instead of computer? I mean they have instagram etc and notes on desktop as well

Mostly like @iamrichlol said, phone is absolutely mobile. If I'm headed out the door and don't KNOW that I'll be working, taking along the keyboard in my bag is much lighter (and less risk of having it stolen) than having my laptop
And while you can use your computer for ig, it does have bugs, doesn't always load, doesn't have ALL the app features.. Plus you can use this for ANY app, not just ig... many of which aren't desktop or web app friendly :)
Not necessarily for everyone, but helpful for me so I thought I'd share!
The devil is in the details. Apple BLE keyboard and BLE Mouse (yes, you can pair your mouse to your iPhone or iPad too) do not have a physical reset button. You MUST unpair the keyboard or mouse on your Mac first (by deleting it from the list of Bluetooth devices) or you will not be able to pair it to an iPhone or iPad.
The trick with a Mac, where you can just plug the keyboard or mouse into the Mac with a USB cable to force it to pair, doesn’t work with iOS.
So if you grab your keyboard off your desk and run out the door, then later try to use the keyboard, because you didn’t delete it from the Mac, you are SOL.
Actually this isn't true! At least on my version of iOS, my phone will pair to the keyboard no problem, AS LONG AS the keyboard isn't currently connected to the computer at home. So if I start it up in the same room as the computer, i need to unpair. If I go to a cafe where the keyboard is actively searching for a connection, easy.
Neat note with the mouse though. Didn't know the trackpad would work! Although I don't think I need it for what I'm doing :)
Did this 10 years ago with my phone back then. Text replacement also is not new and the biggest problem is to remember all your shortcuts 🤣
Absolutely true lol 🤣 I'm late to the party. But that's the thing with all this stuff - A lot of it has been around forever but if you don't know about it, it doesn't help you! Haha. Sharing for the latecomers like me ;)
@@SignatureEdits that’s true. But to be honest. I’m usually too lazy to connect the keyboard for something like this quick comment. And there is the dictation function that I use much more often
@@MartinSchlender oh you bet, 1 comment here or there it doesn't make sense! more if you're sitting down to do some work in bulk: write your content for the week, 30 mins of engaging with other accounts and commenting on posts... that kind of thing! I've had mixed results with dictate. Could be my accent, but I find i have to go really slow and it frequently gets stuff wrong :( If you have tips there let me know!
@@SignatureEdits really? I use it in German and from the Swabian region (terrible accent) and it works pretty good most of the time.
