- Join us on a journey to the heart of Haiti's most dangerous slum, Cité Soleil, where hope seems lost, but God's love shines bright. Despite the dangers, we ventured in to share the Gospel and bring food to the hungry. Amidst the darkness, we found sparks of light in the children's smiles and eager hearts. Many raised their hands to follow Jesus, and we distributed food to those in need. Though the journey was perilous, God was with us every step, and we left with a sense of purpose and a glimpse of the lasting difference we made. The memory of those precious faces and moments stays with us, a testament to the power of God's love and the potential of His little lights to shine in the darkness.

May we never forget: every soul is precious. Sometimes we are desensitised, we see so much in the news and in the media. People are real, their lives and their pain. We all have dreams. We all have purpose. We all are precious to God and He desires a relationship with us. How beautiful that the Lord truly loves humanity. If we have his heart, we will too.

That’s very normal. The more we have, the less we think we need God. Strip a man of everything and he will cry his lungs out for God’s deliverance. It’s the same throughout the entire earth.

This might sound crazy. It makes sense to give them seeds for growing food and equipment to filter water. Also give them solar cookers to use the sun to cook food. Just my two cents.
