A rebounder is like a mini-trampoline, but not just for kids. Bouncing up and down on a rebounder (what we call rebounding) is for adults and kids alike. Whether you use a bellicon rebounder (which I personally use and can recommend - www.bellicon.com/en/thethought... ) or any other rebounder - just start REBOUNDING today!
And if you already have a rebounder workout as part of your practise, or are used to rebounding drills, then you already know some of the benefits of rebounding. Some people say that NASA used rebounding as the exercise of choice for their astronauts. Whether or not that is true about rebounding, I don't know. But I love my rebounder for so many reasons, and 10 of which I will tell you about here. So whether new to rebounding or a seasoned rebounder pro. Get on your rebounder and watch this video all about the 10 reasons why you must start rebounding.

Thank you much for these timestamps. You're the best.
Thanks
Thank you!
Thank you. Due to music I needed to read these instead of listen. Thank you so much! ❤
Thank-you!
I have been rebounding for 2 years and I’m 75...I bought mine at Walmart’s for 37.00 because I can’t afford the prices for most.. I ask my I google to play Donna Summers music and I bounce to her songs for 15 minutes a day. I’m sure it has helped my balance, because when I started it I was weaving on the rebounder but now I am steady When doing this to music it really stimulates everything,,arm movements and circulation..I have always hated exercise but this has been fun,,like going dancing to me.. Nice video🌷🌷
Thanks so much for your comment. Especially as the other day I bought a rebounder for my parents, and my Dad who's 76 is being convinced about using it now (I think!). I've forwarded your comment on to them both for inspiration. Thanks so much for the comment!
Well done you. ! ! .. I am 55 and my rebounder arrived yesterday..so did my first session last night ...tough but great fun ...and yes Was a little unbalanced...but it’s great
@@MillieonaVespa The more you do it, the better with the balance you'll get. Start small is my recommendation.
mary mulligan Mary , when I first started I put mine near my couch “just in case. Lolol” I still bounce ( not jump) to Donna Summors music,, it’s the best..I’ve been doing shorter sessions but doing it twice a day ( can irritate the knee joints at my age ( 76) ....I truly think this is a great exercise for seniors...I don’t go to the gym now because of COVID and probably never will again but I do walk also in the evening “when it cools off” ( Florida).......Keep Im touch on how your doing 😊
You’re an inspiration 🤍🤍
I'm 74 and just bought one at Walmart (very inexpensive entry point for rebounding) It uses bungee straps instead of springs and is easy on the joints. I'm bouncing along with routines on CZcams already, learning as I go. I hope that more friends my age take this up to stay in shape. Very good video.
Excellent to hear Michael. My Dad is in his late 70's and I bought him a cheap and cheerful one at the beginning of the pandemic, with a support bar which he uses.
Just started rebounding this year, at 37yo and 5 months pregnant with my first. It has helped me to keep me fit and positive, it has helped to keep my expanding belly healthy and all my moving muscles and pelvic floor nice and sturdy. The ease of use and no need for special clothing or weather makes it so easy to fit into my life. I love bouncing with my wireless headphones on which has helped me reconnect with my love of music and find new music to love as well. - it has enriched my life so much I feel evangelical about it! I don't ever want to to stop now :) :) (might have to slow down a little as I get near my due date!)
I keep saying that doctors should prescribe rebounders as anti-depressants! :)
Absolutely!
what would be the payoff in that? better to just tell people yourself.
No kickbacks from big pharma that way.
Chel Schaefer One reason Drs. Won’t prescribe is that patients will not buy something that the insurance companies won’t pay for. Patients want everything for free. Drs. Don’t get kickbacks from Pharma, they would have to pay too many to make a difference.
I've actually seen a few videos on CZcams from doctors talking about the benefits of rebounding. They even demonstrate some of the moves like the 'Health Bounce.'
Prescribing or even recommending would be great. America's obesity rates are scary... even with the children.
Very late but I rebound at my local SkyZone Trampoline Park. Hardest part is being the only young adult jumping with so many little kids and having all the workers and adults stare at you. But man, afterwards-- I feel nothing but fantastic!
Keep playing!
Been rebounding for about a month and it’s changed my life. My balance has improved dramatically as well as my circulation and general well-being. So glad I invested in a high-quality rebounder. I’m trying to let everyone I know how beneficial it can be.
I know. Me too! I bought my parents one at the beginning of lockdown (despite their protests) but they do use it. My mum especially!
Which one do you use? :D

@@jonp.1084 Both my husband and I have the Leaps and Rebounds 48 in bungee rebounder and we love it! It is amazing how FAST you can build stamina and strength in your midsection. I feel it's VITAL in Every Home. LIke our computers and phones!
My Bellicon will be here this week, am so ready to start! I had bought a cheap model first, and it was awful, felt like I was jumping on cement, so getting the Cadillac :)
My top reason is that bouncing is fun. Simple bouncing up-down-up-down ... is already fun. I love to feel the short moment in the air.
Indeed. My reason number 10 :) Kids love it too, naturally!
I bought one for $50 recently and already feel good after 15 minutes. So someday, I'll buy the more expensive ones but for now, this one works fine. I can feel changes inside.
Well done. Just start where you can, that's what I say, so good on ya!
After doing a lot of shopping for a rebounder, I decided to go top of the line and get the Bellicon 49" with folding legs option. We've used it 5-10 times a day over the past 5 years and just love it. Yea.....eight hundred seams like a lot to pay.....but the quality of this unit is second to none. Smooth, quiet bounce. Feels like you're floating.
Yep, I hear that. Definitely with some things it's best to go for the best you can afford. Pays dividends in the long run. Bellicon is best! :)
my 49 will be here this week, am stoked! I had bought a cheap one, and it was awful, felt like cement, so ready to rock & roll!
My Grandson has been on mine since he got home from school. It’s so good for the kids when its too cold to go outside.
Kids do love it! My nieces can't get enough. Even the 2 year old!
I recently started and got mine from Leaps & Rebounds. I'm obsessed! I was a little worried because I have some lower back problems but have heard so many good things about rebounding and the brand that I finally gave in. Seriously, life changing!
Awesome stuff!
I really appreciate your video. I just started rebounding a few weeks ago and I love it! Sometimes I find routines on CZcams and sometimes I just turn on some good music, set my timer, and go for it! I notice that my energy level seems higher & I'm already losing a few inches.
Please keep encouraging folks like me!
Great stuff! Enjoy the bounce!
You might like this video then. It's pretty much the routine I use most days. czcams.com/video/Ijt0ZwN9Jvc/video.html
As a bus driver my job is really bad for my health, too much sitting down, I started rebounding last July and it's great! I've broken two trampettes that have springs and I'm going to buy myself a proper rebounder with bungee cord. Rebounding has really improved my fitness.
+David Smith Hey David - good to hear that you are already converted. I really really recommend the bellicon. It's the best one I've used. You will have to replace the chords every couple of years (I used mine daily for 15 minutes and replace every two years or as the break). To get longer out the chords, rotate them every few weeks. Also I advise getting a strength band more than you think. I.e. if you are 70kg, don't for for 90kg bands but 110kg or 150kg - not sure if they still use that system or not, but I always go for the strongest and I'm only 77kg or so. Best of luck! P.S. The link to bellicon is in the description box should you choose to buy one of those. :)
Cellerciser
Leaps and rebounds..under $180 and has bungee chords and has a lifetime warranty...can't go wrong.
@@harry-ny5pp I tried to order but they dont ship to uk which is a bummer, cellersiser dont either. Bellicon only good one I have found that ships to UK. x
@@WhatstheteawithTrishaG I have been using the leaps&bounds for 9 months..I religiously do high intensity workouts for 12 min 5x a week...best investment ever.. bellicon is a excellent trampoline with bungees... More expensive but, probably worth it! Cannot put a price tag on health..best of luck!
Hey! I'm 58 and 215lbs (currently) and have only been rebounding for two weeks! I chose the 48" Leaps & Rebounds from a quality vs price standpoint and have no regrets. I would say I was in "fair" shape physically before starting. As I get older and especially after being less active during the COVID-19 pandemic, I found my energy level really dropped A LOT. So I decided to make a change like eating better, vitamins. drinking more water and running. However after a week of running, my knees really hurt and I felt like running was doing more harm than good considering I didn't have any previous joint issues, and I would like to keep it that way! This took me down the path to discovering Rebounding! After only two weeks of rebounding for about 20 min. a day, I'm happy to say NOTHING HURTS! and my energy level has increased tremendously as well as my cardio is much improved when doing anything strenuous (like running up a few flights of stairs) is much easier now!
So I'm writing this to encourage others to start rebounding (You wont regret it).... If I can do it, .... so can you!
Awesome! Thanks for sharing this.
Amazing information. I’m enjoying the challenge of rebounding
Yes I can!
I just got mine Saturday, immediately feel in love with it. Will be using the rest of my life!!! Thumbs UP
Wonderful news! It's the best. Enjoy!
How many times have you used it?
Every day the last 7 years.
What brand did you get?
Cheryl, you still using it?
HOORAY FOR REBOUNDING!!! I have a Bellicon and it's my best friend. I always shove on an easy watchable movie and that's me :) Very inspiring video. I will be sharing it to people who don't have a clue what rebounding is :)
Thank you so much for the comment and sharing!
Lol, I've been rebounding to the original Bionic Woman series, 50 min at a time. I had decided to make it my exercise for the year, so I can prove or disprove all the claims people are making. So I got to episode 3, (I think) of season one and a funny thing happened. Jaimie pulled a top secret package from a safe; it was labeled, "Project Rebound" !!! THAT made me laugh so hard! ;)
What combo do you have of Belli?
I gently rebound on my bed in the morning makes me feel refreshed
Nice!
Thanks so much for making and posting this video. I really appreciate you sharing your insight to rebounding. Rebounding seems to me to be a win-win movement program! Best of luck on your health quest!!!
No problem. I just love sharing things that help! Be sure to check out my other videos (especially the monthly favourites) which give advice and ideas to help improve areas of people's lives. Best of luck with your journey!
Thank you for your wonderful into about why to rebound. What great incentives and inspirations. I have an urban rebounder which has the springs. I look forward to working out with you.
My pleasure! Thanks for watching. :)
Thanks for the good reasons for getting me back on my re-bounder.
My pleasure!
Wonderful video thanks 😊

This is crucial to have during a lockdown.
Yep! Saved me.

My favorite thing about rebounding. Is that 5 min is equivalent to 50 min of running. Fun fact: Astronauts are instructed to rebound when they return back to earth.
Yep, I've long hear about the astronauts using it.
Actually that would be amazing if true but I doubt it. I heard 5 min is only equivalent to 15 min of jogging.
@@pg4427 still rather rebound than jog even if it was the same exercise for the same time
That is 100% false, lol.
@@lolas6672 Oh?? I read it somewhere. I could be wrong. You have knowledge to share?
My Bellicon arrives on Saturday; I'm so excited to start doing this!
Awesome! I've literally just finished my morning bounce! So excited for you. You'll love it, I'm sure.
Hi mate good for you cobber
Great video. I really enjoyed it.
Many thanks. Glad to have helped.
This was very helpful! My trampoline is arriving in a few minutes/hours, and I am now very excited! I am not fit by any stretch, and I feel like rebounding will hopefully change that. Thanks!
+Margaux Daley It certainly will! Sure you'll love it! Thanks for watching and best of luck with it all.
hi Margaux how has your rebounding been? i just ordered a Bellicon! i had a cheap one for years but it hurt me as the springs were so bad.
one do you use? :D
Great video! I learned a lot! Keep it up!
Thank you! Much appreciated Melinda!
Just got mine 3 days ago...I'm loving it. Looking forward to all the 10 benefits you highlighted!
Wicked. You'll absolutely love it.
Awesome workout.
HL Bowser Yep, it is. Just come off my 15 minute morning warm up just now ;) Thanks for taking the time to comment.
Simple and money saving solution for everyone stuck at home thanks to the coronavirus pandemic in 2020.
I know. My nieces recently got a trampoline which is saving my sister's sanity, and I've just got permanently out in the 'office' to release some pent up energy during this period. A life/mind saver!
And it's fun!
Good for you! I just got mine as 72nd birthday present.
It's great.

Good point
I totally relate to the last one!!! I love it for that
Awesome! Same for my Dad!
Thank you, this got me motivated to get back on my rebounder!
You're welcome!
OMG- I went to the trampoline park with my niece yesterday and had an absolute ball.. The best exercise period... thx for the info
It's great fun and my nieces love coming round and playing on the trampoline at mine! Great stuff!
Brilliant inspiring video. thanks!
+annuk03 My pleasure. Great that it inspires you. I love my rebounder and have been using it for 5 years now. My 18 month old niece was on it today loving it!
Bought a rebounder jan 19 - still using it everyday - agree with all10 but biggest it’s the brain toxins gone after 15 mins - I do it first thing in a morning and before you know it I’ve done 40 mins - now with COVID I replace what I would have walked to a meeting with a rebound - I don’t feel guilty at all about that - I use it as prep time for the meeting whilst getting a little bounce in and it’s what I would have walked anyway but nearly all of my colleagues getting out of bed straight onto computer then sitting all day, thank god I had mine. I also do a twenty min walk imagining I’m walking to work (but it’s actually around the block back to my house) and then a 20 min walk home (same) I don’t want to be a different kind of victim to COVID - gaining weight, sluggish, unfit, resentful. Get a rebounder! Lost three stone too so really don’t want that creeping back on because of COVID - I need to be fit mentally and physically for any virus that comes my way and fit for my family too. I’m 54 and fitter today than I have ever been.
Awesome.
Great video and great smile!! Thumbs up. I will be sharing this with my community :-)
Ah... thanks so much for the kind words! Share away! :)
I so love it!!!
10 minutes a day changed my life ❤
I ordered one to try for my lymph system. Things haven't seemed the same since Breast Cancer, cutting of nodes, & treatments 2 1/2 years ago. I don't have lymphodema, but I don't want it either. I have other health issues I struggle with which zaps energy. I'm a bit nervous, but really hoping I like it. Glad to have found your video.
Took me a while, but I finally upgraded to a Bellicon, amazing difference, thanks for informative video
Awesome. Well done! You'll love it.
Congrats!
Great info! Got mine today!
That's great to hear. I've literally just stepped off mine after my morning wake up on it!
I just had to subscribe because of your simple presentation. My rebounder should arrive today.
Ah, thanks so much! Hope you have enjoyed using the rebounder.
Loved your video💕
Thanks!
I ordered my rebounder last night. I can't wait for its arrival. This pandemic has me all out of sort on so many ways. I think this may be very helpful for my body and mind😁
Well done. You'll love it!
Just purchased a rebounder and l am looking forward to adding it to my fitness routine. Thanks for the tips!!!
Great. No problem. Enjoy the bouncing!
Does it work on a big trampoline or just the small rebounders

Thanks for this great informant.

After listening to you ( so inspirational!) I must admit...my "bungy" rebounder is no longer a clothes. hanger! I needed to hear the 10 reasons to tebound.
Thanks a bunch!!
Great. Thanks for the kind words and congratulations on getting back to it.
Right. I’m about to take my clothes off it now and do it
I am looking forward to getting my rebounder delivered in two days. My daughter has been using one for years as a regular part of her fitness routine. I Finally took the hint and ordered one for myself. I knew if I didn't change something up, I would only continue in a downward health spiral. My back is fused in 3 places, my neck in 2. I am overweight and out of shape, (obviously), my usual response is that I am in no condition to get in shape.... I found your video to be very encouraging to my anticipated new approach to improving my health, and I thank you. Cheers!! P.S. I bought a BCON with the handrail to help with my balance issues. Really about all I can afford right now. It has springs rather than bungy cords. Still it's got to be better than to continue to put off meaningful exercise. Thanks again.
Well done on taking action (so few do) and just start nice and slow and do what you can. I'm actually missing my rebounding right now as I had knee surgery a couple of weeks ago (repair an injury sustained while doing Capoeira) so waiting a little while before getting back on it, but should be in a couple of weeks. Will be good for the healing I reckon. Have fun with it, and sounds like your daughter is a good inspiration too.
How did it go?
Listening to this while I'm rebounding!! 😁👍 I agree!!!
Great!
Thanks for sharing the benefits of rebounding. I recently got one and am on it daily. So fun and healthy! Keep up the great videos!
+D E Hall Thanks there. Glad you have one. Have had mine for 5 years now and can say it's one of the best exercise investments I've ever made. Wakes me right up in the mornings too!

Great video!
Thanks!
It strengthens ankles and achilles, jiggles the gut about which helps elimination and, particularly when worn with support stockings, works wonders for varicose veins.
Indeed!
that's interesting about the veins, mine is ordered :)
Excellent, thanks 😊
Thanks!
I agree with all 10 ! it´s an amazing addition to my daily workout. 15-30 min. kick ass!
Absolutely!
I just subscribed ❤️ My sister and I just bought rebounders. I wish I had known about the benefits of rebounding 30 years ago. I love this video. 🥳
Ah, well done and thanks for subscribing!
Yes best workout ever!!! 😍😍😍
Exactly!
I started recently and it's helping me feel better already as I work from home. I'm going to invest in a Bellicon shortly and I'll gift my other to a friend. X
Fab! If you do, there are links in the description to my affiliate links. I don't know if they give a discount to you or not? And I know there was a transition for the UK so not 100% sure they still even work, but still. :)
LoL! I like the last reason you mentioned. Yeah, I do this with my niece too. She asks me to go on the trampoline with her and I don't mind because it's fun.
Yeah! I have three nieces who love coming over to jump on it too!
We got an Urban rebounder. It has springs, but it comes with resistance bands and 5 workout discs that I have yet to use. I do a 10 minute rebound workout AFTER I do high intensity weight training, the elliptical. I also do battle ropes twice a week and power yoga 3 times per week. I like to rebound at the end of my exercise routine to give my body that extra oomph and it works. My energy has been higher than before. I went from 240 to 170 BEFORE the rebounder and I am trying to see if the extra 10 minutes a day rebounding will help me lose some fat around the middle. What's left of it anyway. Great video!
Awesome!
I've had JB Berns Urban Rebounder for 15+ and now during lockdown -- I would be lost without it. I do various routines and make up my own.
Cool.
I got my trampoline a few weeks ago and I LOVE it!!!
Brilliant! Just stepped off mine now!
i have a Big Bouncy ball that i sit and bounce upon- similar to rebounding, as same. i love both and am buying another rebounder, again. Thank you. Yes, so much Fun!! Bonus that we are working out our heart, lungs, receiving more clarity and cleaning out of lymph.. whilst playing 'stress-free' in life. Thank you.
Great stuff!
Great.Thank you for putting this out there,I've had a Bellicon for a while just ordered new bungees, but they're too strong ( green) so I'm going to change them.
I have a used matt and yellow bungees 112cm up forsale if anyone's interested UK
Yeah, I like the strong ones, but it's all about experimenting with what works for you.
Love, love rebounding. I do just a light bounce and jumping to music.
I’m for reason #10!!! Cheers!!!
Cool. We all need a bit (or a lot) of that right now :) And always.
I LOVE rebounding! It's SO FUN!!
Indeed it is. Was talking about it just yesterday!
Just ordered one about an hour ago, wanted one for ages but just haven't ordered one till now.was convinced I'd break it.but can't wait for it to come.used to be 19st 10lbs at my biggest, currently at 13.04.dying to get down to 11, hopefully this and my slimming world will help
Great stuff. I'm sure it will help.
Definitely is, I'm down to 12st 8lbs now
thanks:)
My pleasure!
I found that when I jump on my rebounder I can breathe so much better afterwards. I don’t get that with regular exercise.
Yeah, it does wonders for you. Enjoy and spread the word! ;)
Discovered this video 6 years after it was published and I'm buying a trampoline today!😉
Awesome news! Well done. Enjoy
Awesome
Thanks!
I got mines Sunday I like it
Awesome. Great to hear. Just come of mine this morning now. :)
The best exercise for the whole body workout
Indeed!
I was looking for ways to work out after my accident. (ruptured discs in back and neck) I hate running so much, and i dont mind walking, but its either 30 degrees or 110 degrees, so I kind of sheltered myself in my home. My complex has a gym, but the people who hang out there aren't friendly, and half the machines are always broken. So i asked my doctor if rebounding would be a good idea, and he yelled at me "yes!" so many times and "why didnt i think of that!?" so i bought a little one designed by golds gym. I was skeptical at first because i weigh the max limit as the trampoline holds, but i got on thurs/friday and jumped for 15 minutes each, one with shoes, one without. I really enjoy it, especially with a rock mix on my ipod i can create slow or fast jumps to match the music and i sweat like crazy. I do about 7 minutes take a break and get some water, walk around, then do another 8 minutes to finish it off. I'm trying to work up to 30 minutes, but my ankles just burn so bad i cant make it yet.
is there a difference jumping with shoes or without? My ankles were on fire, and i didnt feel any soreness the next day, so i thought i was doing it wrong..
I decided to work out M=F and have my weekends off, I started counting calories as well. After my accident i was at 295 (Bed ridden for a long time) Once i was able to get out and get moving, i would do walking, squats and use a resistance band. I got down to 250 and just gave up for a bit. (depression/anxiety issues) and i moved out of state, and thats when i got my re bounder. I dont know if its a mental thing, but after 2 days i feel great. i know it wasn't much time on there and i only burned about 177-200 calories per time, but with 11-1200 steps already on top of being on my feet at a very physical job, i was wiped out! I go to bed earlier, and i dont eat late anymore, and i can do it in my own apartment. It doesn't bounce the ground so it doesn't bug my neighbors, I'm just hoping I'll start seeing some results and maybe get a higher bounce.
Great stuff there and progress. I find jumping without shoes/socks best as you want to free your feet up as much as possible. Of course, in the beginning it might be easier on the joints of the ankle to have trainers on. See what you prefer. And depends on the material of the rebounder. Some spring ones are quite hard and shoes would be good. Keep with it though. You'll see results.
SlightlySweetScorpio how are you getting on with this? X
Bellicon! That is all!
Yeah!
Also helps with cellulite. 😎
Number 11 right there!
the reason i came here is because an spanish doctor in youtube specialist in Metabolism recommend this for Lymphatic improvement that help to remove toxins just jumping. This guy said that as Number 1 reason, which i do appreciate that confirmation. I will buy one soon.
Great stuff. Yep. Any movement or deep diaphragmatic breathing moves the lymphatic system, but this is nice and gentle and easy to do.
I just ordered me one hope it helps me lose weight..just had knee surgery hopefully this will help me after a few more weeks
😂 Oh I would LOVE one of these , bouncing around like a loony really appeals to me 🤣😆
They are fab!
Same! 😄
I have a bellicon and a cellerciser. Got the bellicon first, but wanted the cellerciser also so I could travel with one. I was really disappointed in the difference between the two, they don't even compare. The bellicon (I got strong cords then had to upgrade to ultra strong for a more fitness bounce) is WAY easier on the body than the cellerciser. I do use that one outside but it's for sure not my favorite. I have also tried out a Jumpsport bungee rebounder, which is pretty comparable to bellicon but WAY less expensive. The only downside of that one is that it's a fair bit smaller than the bellicon. In the end, I'm glad I bit the bullet and bought a bellicon, and cellerciser so I can take it outside, but if I had to do it all over again, I'd get just a jumpsport, which is small enough to take outside (not sure about putting in a car though).
I bought a cheap bungee one for my folks 3 years ago and does the job (about 1/10 the price), but I still (for myself) would splurge on a bellicon. They have gone up a lot though!

I would rebound for the rest of my life. I just ordered another one after a third springs snapped off on my Urban Rebounder ! It still works, but I don't feel safe using it especially when the spring popped loose during my workout.
Yeah, I had to get my mat repaired recently too. But worth it as missed it recently.
You can extend the life of your springs by lubricating each springs contact points with a good ptfe synthetic grease every 2 months.
I have the Cellercise for ten years, and it’s still like new. Worth the money. I am 71
nicely produced video Hari!
Is there a table that shows G force and cycles/min for a person's given weight for a rebounder for health bounce?
In all my investigations so far I don't see that data being available. I only see general comments about it.
Dennis Shumaker Hi Dennis. Sorry, I don't know either. You might want to email bellicon and see if they have any data (don't remember seeing anything on their website about it). Good luck with finding it - and if you do, let me know :) Thanks for the kind words on the video too. Best of luck with rebounding and researching! ;)
Do your research on best rebounder but I bought the Bellicon- same he has above and I think it is the absolute best hands down. I've had the cheaper springs ones like cellusizer but it was no where near as well made. The Bellicon is like jumping on a happy cloud.
Yep, there are now cheaper options available with bungees, but there are compromises. I bought a cheaper option for my folks as wasn't sure they would use it, so didn't want to splurge on a bellicon, but was more complicated to put together, and not sure there are replacement bungees for it. Back when I bought mine (2011) I think it was one of the few with bungees on. It's worth waiting and saving up and buying the best one you can. Glad you enjoy the bellicon!
How much are the belicon
@@miriamlara8355 Quite a bit, but best to check online for their latest prices. International Store: www.bellicon.com/shop/de_de?acc=b6e9bce66b1b7569d967fc6a2d02046b

will you recommend rebounding for a pacemaker implanted person..??? BTW great vedio..learned loads..
I can't see why not. Provided the jumping motion doesn't dislodge it. Which I would expect the doctors have thought of. I would DEFINITELY DOUBLE CHECK with your doctors first though. And some rebounders are more "jarring" on impact. The bellicon is soft (because of bungy cords) but others with springs will be tougher. Thanks for the kind words and comment.
Sreeja Lakshmi just saw your comment 1 year late. As a medical person and a cardiac patient I would advise you to check with your cardiologist before you do that. I'm sure you have by now since it's one year later and are in fabulous shape! Cheers
You look so nice and I love your voice😊
Ah, that's sweet, thanks.
Thank you,mr. Greek...😁
You're welcome.
I love my trampoline, have been a rebounder for about 6 years,so very good for overall health. ❤️🇨🇦
Yeah, they are awesome aren't they.
Nice one bruv :-)
Thanks!
Great video. Would you recommend an elderly person start rebounding? If so, what's the best e er uses t get them started, especially as their balance may be a bit impaired. Thanks for your response!
Yes, I would. But I would recommend the bellicon because of it's buggy chords (and not springs - softer). Or other rebounder with bungy chords. Also I would recommend buying the rail that comes as additional for help with balance, and not to jump but just to motion up/down almost with no feet leaving the ground. This will be a good start. It's certainly an accessible exercise for almost anyone. But definitely if balance is an issue, then the rail will help. Or hold their hands (as I do with my two year old nieces - more when they were one, but now they are pretty good without help).
The Thought Gym - Hari Kalymnios Awesome! Thank you so much and I will get the Bellicon with rails for my parents this Christmas. Thank you!
Brilliant! They'll love it.
Would you recommend rebound before or after muscle building exercise with weights? I ask because every time I rebound I
feel like I am 300 pounds heavier.
I normally rebound first thing in the morning, to wake up the body. And also for a light workout. I've never noticed it affect performance negatively afterwards, but I guess the best thing would be to experiment. After a workout will help with dissipation on lactic acid and get the lymph moving by products away, and before would be good to warm up the muscles. Just experiment and see what works. :)
Thank you for your respond.
I've had an Urban Rebounder for years but haven't stayed with it. Pulled it back out again and have been enjoying it; not sure why I stopped years ago. Recently got a JumpSport rebounder (I'm giving my old one to my kids) and I enjoy it even more now.
So good to hear that. Well done!
Is the rebounder the only exercise equipment you use, Hari? You look like you’re in good shape. I just got a Bellicon and I’m looking forward to trying some of the Bellicon Home workouts like Tabata and Pilates.
No, I do lots of things including yoga, thai boxing, cycling, boxing, weights, kettlebells and circuits. A good mix. The rebounder is my wake-up tool.
I am 100 lbs overweight. I've been using the Cellerciser for just over a month and my family is shocked at all the muscles I've developed. I can't jump high, so basically do a strong health bounce while keeping my upper body moving, too. Love it and LOVE my definition.
I'd like to ask 2 questions. Is rebounding suitable for those with varicose veins? I've got them in my right leg, but would like to rebound to lose weight. And is a handle necessary? I'm not sure whether to buy a rebounder with a handle or not. I don't have an issue with my balance (I cycle and rollerblade), but don't have experience with rebounders. It seems to me that the ones with a handle feel safer, on the other hand I don't have much space at home. Thank you.
Re handle, not necessary unless you have balance issues or are perhaps older and more cautious. Start slow though while you get used to it. A few minutes and nothing too rapid. Re varicose veins. I don't really know but can't see that it's a problem. Perhaps would help. Just do some further research on that one.
