- In this video we will look at a very refreshing and new alternative to integrated bracelet sports watches. The Royal Oak, Nautilus and Overseas are long gone and unreachable, even alternatives are getting harder to find. The Czapek Antarctique has a very unique movement and the classic sporty look.
Lets see how it compares to the Girard Perregaux Laureato, Bulgari Octo and H. Moser & Cie Streamliner.

Great video and thanks for sharing! Monochrome white Antarctique owner here. The stamped dial is done “flinque” style. It is finished with enamel on top from what I hear. Metalem would never make just a cheap, stamped dial. I agree the bracelet is slight weak spot finishing wise. The extension system is functional but a bit clunky in design. I can easily remove bracelet though with just finger nail if anyone is curious. Another thing to note is the smaller size doesn’t have the same design on the sides. The side “indentation” is omitted since the movement won’t fit within that size.

I already have a Faubourg de Cracovie...which I absolutely adore. It's my favourite watch in my collection. 2nd favourite is my Moser Heritage Dual Time.
Thank you! Sounds like a great collection you have. I would suggest you find a place where you can have a look at the watch in the metal. Which is easier said than done. But if you want to buy it new you still have some thinking time as you can’t currently buy it from Czapek. They will open their order books again in april. If you have difficulties sourcing the watch we will gladly help, as you see in this video we work with a jeweler in Germany who is an official retailer

Why pay more for Nautilus, Royal Oak, Overseas? I would bet that if you ask someone unfamiliar with watch brands, the Antarctique would be every bit as desirable as the holy trinity brands
Comparing the two is ludicrous. The bracelet is clumsy. At best it is an OK watch
not enough watch, to much guy.
