He's a terrific actor who should have won an Emmy for his portrayal of Ragnar! So quiet in person, but when the cameras are rolling, he delivers! You're amazing Travis! Too bad the interviewer sucked.

I agree with you completely. I’ve seen a couple of interviews with him and they cut him off and didn’t let him finish when he was actually telling us something rather than just being shy and I thought dummies were here to listen to him not you. Anyway I like her too.

Travis Fimmel is not only a great professional actor but a kind down to earth and funny person.
He was great in the Vikings! He played the character with such a mischievous and boyish glint in his mesmerizing blue eyes that didn’t come off as violent even though he was. :)
You see interviews of Travis and you wonder how he comes out of his shell as an actor..
but he and ragnar are prettty the same

My favorite part of the show is when little Bjorn changed his mind to leave with his mother and Ragnar hugged him goodbye with epic sad music playing. So emotional

Travis Fimmel was this show...You would think that being a former model he would be a viking pretty boy that looks out of place but his charisma and acting is just so fierce...you believe that everything Ragnar, who is this ancient badass, could do fimmel could do. Idk it's hard to explain but this show is just not the same without him and I believe the show should have done 7 seasons of Ragnar and ended when he died
I think Ivar the Boneless and Oleg the Prophet were great characters! Ragnar and Ivar are easily the two best characters in the show!
Travis Fimmel made an awesome Ragnar Lothbrok (Lodbrok) . No one could play this character again and be as brilliant...like all of the characters in The Vikings actually. The interviewer was great too. Travis Fimmel has no ego issues and it was such a pleasure to watch an actor answer the questions, without us having to endure OTT mannerisms, make up and an inflated sense of self. He is a thoroughly nice guy and his acting skills 'up there' with the greats, which he admires. The Vikings is actually the best programme ever on TV....my fave of all times. Well done to all the actors and crew. Brilliantly done series.

He reminds me in a way of Daniel Day-Lewis. He brings this incredibly powerful presence to the screen, then you hear them in real life and he's this soft-spoken gentle person...

I think it is a good interview. I don't understand, why all the bitchy comments about the woman doing the interview? I think she is doing a better job, than many others, she is keeping it cool, and not drooling over him or behaving like a little fan girl.
