Honestly would love to take a trip to Japan to know their culture and their food and try out one of these stalls. But I would have learn Japanese first which can be difficult but man does their food look good.

A good place to hang out with friends especially for the elderly . The foods served are healthy and fresh .

One thing I've noticed about Japan and the videos I see on CZcams, a lot of old people are working. I see it here in the states too but I wouldn't expect that in Japan. What's the retirement situation like there? Is it just not a thing or are they wanting to work and keep busy?

Yes. They're definitely stricter on that the US is. The US has tons of unlicensed, uninspected, illegal food vendors in every big city. The rule of law still prevails in Japan.
