従業員の仕込みのクオリティの高さ、連携のあ・うんの意思疎通が素晴らしい‼️やたらメニューを数多く提供するのにではなく…｡しっかり管理されていますね。セットメニューに感銘しました。⭕‼️

店長と思われる男性のふわっとした感じがとても感じが良く、なおかつ、淡々と調理を進め、後の従業員さんも優しく、柔らかく対応が浸透したいる。お店もとてもきれいです。朝早くからやっているお店には思えないくらいです。そこを束ねるられている社長さんを見たかったです。

九州に帰省する度に、かしわ飯のおにぎりと、ごぼう天肉うどんばかり食べてます。実際は、ごぼう天じゃなくて、ごぼ天と言ってますね。会社の人は、九州の人は、ラーメンばかり食べてるでしょ？ってよく言われるけど、8対2.９対1な割合で、うどん食べますと答えてます。うどんにコシは要らぬとも主張してます(笑)
근처 살면 매일 맛있는 파많이 가케우동 가츠동 먹을 수 있어서 좋겠네요 . 새벽부터 일하시는 직원분들 열심히 사시는 모습 보기 좋습니다 . 감바레~

若い頃を思い出します。ウドンチェーン店で働いてました。
ウドンも手揉み。機械で延して～!仕込みが懐かしかった。天ぷらも海老の仕込みから野菜カット其々懐かしい。
天かすも手作りだったわ～。今でも天かすはウドンに入れて食べています。ワカメと天かすはもう何とも言えない美味しさ。飽きないですね～。賄いで食べ続けて来ましたよ６年も、うどんを！！

IF, we had a restaurant like this in the USA, every dish would be at least $20 usd, no free sides (even asking for extra toppings is more money) & no delicious fresh foods! This is most delicious looking. I wish I could visit & enjoy your creations!

とんかつ厚みが有りました。かつ丼は薄味でむしろ素材の味を活かし大変美味しかった。他店の味が濃い過ぎるのです。
1000人来てくれるのなら作りがいはあるのかあ
