Awesome reaction! This song is a thank you to all their fans, Who has been on their side since they began this journey! In the music video they have their kids in it, They also show the bond the band has, They are a Heavy Metal band, People say they are Power Metal. But they do not fit into that category. Power Metal has alot of fantasies. HammerFall rarely has them. But also this isn’t the Original post. This sounds much lower than the Actual. But if you want something Heavy i suggest “Dominion” “Hallowed be my name” “Crimson Thunder” Heavy Metal is not just about having Heavy Riffs, It’s about the classic lyrics, Solos, Melodies
“Templars” is their fans. They got a song called “Templars of Steel” If you want to continue to listen to HammerFall you will understand 😀

and you liking the Ballads is not a bad thing at all. Because HammerFall is known to make AWESOME Ballads, for example “Glory to The Brave” their first album and Ballad, or “Always Will Be 2.0 Remix” or “Between Two Worlds”

You did miss out on a great video, though. Their kids are taking their place on the stage, it's fun to watch. Like it goes on in generations.
But I do think the song is a thank you to their fans, mostly, but I suppose it works in general for everyone with the same kind of music.
Also... HammerFall was groundbreaking, at least in Sweden, with this kind of music. When everything was Black Metal and Death Metal (that's probably what you consider "heavy" with the metal genre which is HUGE btw), they came fort with this. Powermetal and symphonic metal kind of came forth after this. At least here. So who knows, Sabaton would have had a different sound if HammerFall hadn't taken the first step. We owe these guys a lot here :)
Also, HammerFall Maskot is a well a Knight in armor, so a Templar. Maybe they call their fans Templars? :) or Heavy Metal people in general..
P.S. I dont think there is much you can find where Chris from Sabaton is actually singing, other than a few older clips from before Tommy joined the band, back then it was Tobbe and Chris doing all the inbetween band breaks entertainment for the audience on shows. And then there is the Hellfest of 2019 when Joakim couldn't sing at all, where Chris and Tommy split up the entire show between them, sang every song. See, they weren't supposed to do that show, it was a Manowar show, but the singer of Manowar got sick and cancelled, so Sabaton took the stage, also without their singer xD turned out awesome anyway. And personally, Chris' voice fits Sabaton more if Joakim needs to be replaced. Tommy's voice is just a bit too light and high pitched for Sabaton in my opinion.

Really fun that someone than just me knows so much about HammerFall 😊. Their Mascot is called Hector and is drawed by Samwise didler who has been working on the Popular video game *World of Warcraft* but is also drawing all their album covers! Alot of people laughed at HammerFall for playing 80s Heavy Metal, they said “It’s dead, Go Deathmetal instead” they refused and believed what they want. And it worked. So HammerFall saved bands as “Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Helloween” and so on, Because they were pretty much dying. Since that genre was pretty much dead
Even DIO complimented HammerFall for how they headbanged, Classic riffs, Soaring choruses and fast solos

For audio issues. Music is coming through as Stereo on Left and Right channels, Your microphone is Stereo as well, however, it only goes on the Left channel and not on the Right. In your audio mixing software, you can either copy your Left mic channel to the right, or pan it so it aligns more in the middle. Which should improve audio quality a lot!
Been having issues using both my Phone with cable and wireless. As well as my computer with headphones that is USB driven.
The issue seems to be your microphone only. As music comes out as it should?
