I was in the audience (I had a go at trying to find us, no joy). We got a coach from Hyde Park corner to the studio at Pinewood, there was take after take, it was a very long day. We had to hold up the lighters for ages to the point our fingers were burning, what you dont hear is people shouting "f***g hell my fingers are burning" and the Director shouting for us to keep them up! Great day!
