      It was a whitetail from Oklahoma!

      @@OutdoorHighlife Got it, location and species helps with taste for sure. In Utah we have Mule deer that taste nothing like the deer from Oklahoma lol

    Do yourself a favor and buy a stuffer. They’re so simple and built so well it’s hard for them to break and you can pass them down to your kids

    Next time, run meat through your grinder/stuffer before you put the casing on. This allows for the air to be pushed out to atmosphere instead of into your casing. Cheers!
