- FOR PENIES! FROM THE CHEAPEST MEAT! You have certainly never tried such a delicious sausage! I cook 3 times a week! This is the easiest recipe for homemade sausage! I take meat (pork, beef, chicken fillet). I cut the meat into chunks, add spices, shape the sausage and put it in the pan! All! No problem! The recipe is really unique! The sausage is juicy, thinly sliced and doesn't break! You will be enthusiastic! Be sure to try it! Good mood and delicious recipes!

Beef 600 gr.
Pork 600 gr
Chicken fillet 300 gr.
I cut the meat into very thin pieces.
I mix well.
It is important to change the structure of the meat fibers.
Salt normal 15 g.
Salt nitrite 15 gr.
Ground black pepper 1 tsp.
A spice mix 4 g (ground allspice, ground black pepper, dry garlic).
Dry garlic 2 tsp
Nutmeg 0.5 tsp
milk powder 2 tsp
Cornstarch 1.5 tbsp. l.
Garlic 3-4 cloves.
ice water 150 ml.

Transparent foil for baking.
I divide the meat into 2 parts.
I spread the meat on the foil and compact it well.
I wrap up. I do 5-6 turns with a film.
I twist the edges so that the filling is well compacted.
I tie the edges together with kitchen twine.
I wrap the sausage with cling film (hermetically).
I put the sausage in a pot of water.
I cover it with a lid.
I heat water to 80°C
I cover the pot with a lid. I put on a low fire and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
I get sausage.
Allow to cool and place in the fridge for 5-8 hours.
Salad:
Eggs 2 pcs.
Feta 100 gr.
Tomato 1 pc.
Cucumber 1 pc.
Micro greens to taste.
Olive oil 2 tsp, lemon juice 1 tbsp. l., French mustard 1 tsp., brown sugar 1 tsp. salt to taste.

После приготовления она стала бы ещё вкуснее, а с нитритной солью можно было не беспокоиться о проблемах со свежестью и микробами. Я всегда даю созреть ещё не отваренному батону колбасы и чем дольше, тем вкуснее получается готовый продукт.
