Hello! It's a super simple dish ^^
I prepared steamed eggs today
I failed to prepare steamed eggs, so I just made steamed eggs. ^^
Wait until the eggs are more cooked and hardened, and you can taste the steamed eggs ^^
(I'm going to try again sometime...)
Ingredients (per serving)
4 eggs (adjust the amount to the size of the earthen pot)
1/3 cup of water
1/5 green onions
1/10 of a carrot
1/4 spoon of salt
1/2 tbsp sugar
Additional materials
Sesame oil
Sesame salt
How to make
1. Chop green onions and carrots for garnish
2. Put the egg in a bowl and mix well with salt and sugar
3. Put egg water in an earthen pot and cook over medium heat, stirring well
4. When the egg starts to harden to a certain extent, cover and close a suitable bowl
5. Open the bowl to check when the egg starts to overflow or smell burnt over low heat
6. If you want a well-made steamed egg, wait until the egg hardens
7. Put garnish green onion and carrot on top of egg and sprinkle sesame oil once
8. The super simple dish failed, but I succeed
9. It's really good, so I'm enjoying it
