Lately I’ve been remembering how important it is to give my mind a break and prioritize listening and responding to my body… and my heart.
And the real magic is, it doesn't take much.

Quite a few years of intense spiritual seeking along the pathless path had resulted in somewhat of a heady existence and an unconscious shutting off from the body.
Daily home practise from your yoga channel is helping me to reconnect, revealing how the body's experience of reality is much more authentic than the mind's stories....
And ultimately illuminating that the body and 'world' are an appearance arising simultaneously and not separately ♥️

Hello anyone reading this! I’m here from the March 2021 - MOVE session and didn’t have time to do some of the longer practices before work but still wanted to pull out the mat. I hope you’re having a good day :) This was just the refresh I needed since this morning was a little rough for me
I was travelling all the day so i did this one too today ❤❤
I didn't have a very good sleep last night. Today was supposed to be Day 11 in MOVE, but I saw it was Yoga for Risk Takers. I just didn't have it in me, so did this one instead. I'm glad I did! Maybe I'll be up to taking risks tomorrow!

It's so amazing that this 5 minutes practice has all the things we need! Wow! Perfect for when we're too tired or lazy. Definitely gonna treasure this one so much.
What a short but sweet flow for the morning! Tended both my muscles and mind!
5 minutes or 1 hour yoga class, she has such a soothing way of talking throughout the session, that my body and mind demands more yoga from her. She has done magic to calm my mind.❤️ Thank you Adriene, for that! 😘

I started with Breath at the beginning of the year (and continued with Bridge, and now Move) to dedicate time out of the day to not stress about my ongoing job hunt post-graduation since June last year. Well, I have a final interview for a company (the furthest in the process I've gone!) coming up in 3 hours so this flow was definitely perfect to start the day before hours of interviews.

DELIGHT ✨ | July 15, 2024 | It's been almost a year and I'm so happy to have this quick but powerful practice on our calendar. I got to my mat later than usual today after a long work day, so this was just perfect! 🙏

@@christineparisi7372 I have found marking the days on here keeps me on track, even on days and periods I felt like not getting to the mat and may earlier have skipped. Just start with the number you are at. I wish I had started the routine back in May 2019 when I first found the site, but ultimately, the numbers are not that important. What is important is getting to where you have a regular practice that blends well with your life and keeps you motivated. 🙏💜

Delight l Day - 15 🦋❤️🦋l Blessiwd Beloved Beauties "Take 5 " is my 3rd yoga short of the day. I misread the calendar 📆 and did "Yoga to get the Juices Flowing " again which was day 6. Also I do a daily Kemetic Yoga Goddess Pose which is a 6:30 practice. I needed this break from grading. Now, I'm going to go on an evening interval run 🏃🏿♀️. I enjoyed a Vagus Nervous System Reset Meditation 🧘🏿 prior to this energizing practice which gets the blood flowing. Ah, I feel great. How us everyone else feeling? Best wishes, everyone! 🦋❤️🦋

I’m doing ok Gill- no demons! Just having migraines. I’m swapping this morning yoga for migraines. I got the vaccine 💉 and so grateful. I just didn’t want you to worry. You’re inspiring me to do the one for migraines now. I don’t know if you’ve done it before but it is very good for pain.

Blessed Beloved Beauties! Take 5 Energzing Yoga Day - 29 was invigorating with a lot of punch in such a short time frame. I needed this. It also exudes confidence. There have been numerous mini Earthquakes in SC which is so unusual. 🤔 I was practicing another yoga session in the middle of Earthquake number 2 and I held on to my yoga 🧘🏾♀️ mat and returned to the breath to remain calm. Hope you are ok 💚, felt couple ones when I was studying in AK way back in the end of 1980's . Finnishing June calendar today July 5th after spending time with our children and seeing a good friend of mine, swimming in the Gulf of Finland🌊

Just kind of jumping around the practices as I find my groove here in this beautiful country! A lovely little short one today. Great one as I celebrate my weekly "mental health Wednesday" :) It's a great practice to at least once a week check in with yourself to be honest and really ask yourself "how are you doing this week or today?" and then give yourself what you need.

Hi Adrienne, I started doing this routine every morning during the pandemic to help with my mental health and chronic pain and it's already helped so much, thank you
I love love love these short practices because I really struggle to form new habits and consistently make time for something every single day, but these are so great in that they let me keep my brain in the space of "doing yoga every day" even on days when i am not able to find the time for a more substantive practice. i also noticed that even though it was only 6 minutes (and i wished i had time for more), i still felt better afterwards :) namaste!
Honestly, sessions with you are so effective. I did one of your 30 day challenges when my daughter was 3 months old and thought I would do them forever but the the 3 month old became mobile, started crawling, walking, not napping, throwing tantrums but it doesn’t mean I have ditch my yoga practice. These 5/10 minute sessions in a hectic day are soo grounding. Thanks to your inspiration I completed my first 200 hr yoga teacher training (anusara) this year, which started when my daughter turned 1, was meant to be in the studio and then covid happened so finished it online with my daughter always featuring in the zoom classes! I am forever grateful to you 🙏🏽.

I'm an 18 year old guy and I do a lot of gaming, my friends make fun of me for doing yoga but I cant stop, I'm addicted! I spend most of my day at my computer gaming, but every 30 minutes I take a break to do a quick 10 minutes of yoga. It's done wonders for my body and my mental health, so thank you!!

Since getting a new job in september (writing this in march) I haven't been in the habit of doing yoga or exercising at all. A few days ago I tried day 1 of the first challenge and was shocked how little I could do. Now at 4 AM I told myself I would do 5 minutes, and this is perfect to get back into the practice! I'll be doing this for the next couple days til it's easy again
