He didn't get packed up by Danzo, he was paralyzed. The anime and this game don't do a good job at explaining this, the anime messed up a lot. And Shisui isn't the strongest Uchiha but he has the strongest mangekyo, this is well established in both the anime and manga. If he'd been able to live for longer he probably would've been the strongest Uchiha
@@Valientlink yeah i mean i would say its posssible he would just have to train extremely hard but given the information we have (don't exactly know what madara's mangekyou ability is + he is reincarnate of indra) madara still takes it for me. i mean hell no one talks about fugaku's potential, he also had MS and since he is Itachi's father, i bet his genjutsu abilities were as powerful as shisui
