This story would have been a LOT more believable and less "shoe-horned in" if Asura was given the title of 6 Paths Sage only to realize that humanity was using nijutsu to fight instead of unify WITHOUT Indra's influence. If Indra had NO input on humanity using chakra for war, Asura would have gone to his brother and plead for help. Indra would refuse, saying "mankind cannot find peace on the path father laid out for them. I have realised he created the tailed beasts as an anchor to this world so he could never truly die. He continues to influence this world from beyond the grave and the ninja system he put in place is meant to protect the anchors to this world. He did this ALL for himself, just like his mother." Asura would be furious and kill Indra, causing his sons to kill Asura once he broke down and realised what he had done, and thus begins the Senju/Uchiha war. I know this is long, please know i am not trying to start an argument or anything, just giving insight and perspective. I think that misses the point, Neither brother is nor should be the "sage of six paths" without the other, that was Hagoromo's mistake in trying to name a singular successor. They both lack where the other makes up. All throughout naruto people in the world (except for Jiraya) misunderstood the notion of the sage of six paths, it was never entirely about power, force, or strength, but human compassion. Despite basically being a god, Hagormo chooses to live, help others, and die just like most humans. And by extension the Brothers battle isnt about one trying to kill the other, or force the other to follow a certain path. But for them to finally come together as one, as brothers and to truly understand each other. This is why Hashirama failed, because he ended up abandoning said compassion for madara for the sake of his own sense of prosperity for the village. Naruto succeeds in this because he never gives up on Sasuke, and will have empathy to try to understand him. It was the forces of the world that always added more unto them, than what they were. And with that said, i wouldnt say "Kishmoto wanted to lay the ENTIRE world's evils on the Uchiha clan, like they were evil by nature", i would say it is the opposite. Every time the concept of "Uchiha evil" comes up it's from either a biased source like that of Tobirama or Danzo. Or an altered/misunderstood source like the Uchiha stone tablet. Kishimoto shows that every time an Uchiha lashes out, it's not without understandable reason or cause. Madara lashes out not only because he felt betrayed by his best friend. But because after loosing everything dear to him, after putting aside his emotions for betterment of others, there is still prejudice against him and his people, and he was right. The clan itself wanted to stage a coup not for power in of itself. But because they were knowingly segregated, not just from the majority of the village, which further brewed mistrust and discrimination like many forms of segregation does. But also from any sense of governing power to make things different, all the while given a position that people would grow contempt for, not to mention that Fugaku even said that his revolution would have been a bloodless one. Ultimately i think that Kishimoto has always shown that the Uchiha Clan (as with the world of naruto itself) is not about hate or anger, but compassion and love. And the depths one truly feels about said love.

It's not a quick death the likes of the rest of the Ootsutsuki clan would give, but his misunderstandingg of human nature made him believe that humans would use the power he gave them for good over evil, or even thet they would choose good AS MUCH as they chose evil. Even the creatures he created to house the immense chakra of his mother eventually started rampaging and destroying of their own volition long before Madara was a factor. Even Hagoromo himself isn't truly "dead" as he can influence the land of the living at will and consistently chose the incarnation of the son who was blindly loyal to his father's ideals over the son who saw past them and saw humanity for what it is; corruptible to the core. The system Hagoromo created not only didn't stop war or hate, but rather made it easier for humans to kill each other no matter how much or little hate they had. Hagoromo's failure IS the Ninja Sytem itself and that is proven by the fact that Naruto has already failed to protect the peace he swore to create. Naruto's absence proves that his solution is temporary at best and that the peace brought about by his status as the savior of the world will not outlast him. The moment Naruto dies, the world will once again descend into war and death and they are already gearing up with new Ninja Tech to stay on top. It would have been a better ending for the series for Hagoromo to be the final villain instead of Sasuke since Sasuke is not wrong in his judgements of the ninja world. Having Hagoromo finally die and being unable to "fix" his mistakes (no matter how many times he cheats death to interfere with the world, much like the Izanagi Itachi warned against,) would be the ultimate catharsis for Naruto and Sasuke. Them having to destroy ninjutsu itself and deprive the world and themselves of that power would mark them as villains to be sure, but it would cleanse the world of the power to destroy at such great capacity, which is almost all of what ninjutsu had ever been used for.

Something doesn't add up. We know everyone has a chackra circulatory system and we know it's a physical biological system like the blood/vein system. As confirmed by the byakugan. So did the sage share his chackra which activated the system in people or did people always have chackra and the system was not activated/they did not know how to use it?

Every time the concept of "Uchiha evil" comes up it's from either a biased source like that of Tobirama or Danzo. Or an altered/misunderstood source like the Uchiha stone tablet. Kishimoto shows that every time an Uchiha lashes out, it's not without understandable reason or cause. Madara lashes out not only because he felt betrayed by his best friend. But because after loosing everything dear to him, after putting aside his emotions for betterment of others, there is still prejudice against him and his people, and he was right. The clan itself wanted to stage a coup not for power in of itself. But because they were knowingly segregated, not just from the majority of the village, which further brewed mistrust and discrimination like many forms of segregation does. But also from any sense of governing power to make things different, all the while given a position that people would grow contempt for, not to mention that Fugaku even said that his revolution would have been a bloodless one.
Ultimately i think that Kishimoto has always shown that the Uchiha Clan (as with the world of naruto itself) is not about hate or anger, but compassion and love. And the depths one truly feels about said love.
@@darryljack6612 Yes, but you still miss the point that Hagoromo despite his pure intentions doomed the world to a path of blood and death. It's not a quick death the likes of the rest of the Ootsutsuki clan would give, but his misunderstandingg of human nature made him believe that humans would use the power he gave them for good over evil, or even thet they would choose good AS MUCH as they chose evil. Even the creatures he created to house the immense chakra of his mother eventually started rampaging and destroying of their own volition long before Madara was a factor. Even Hagoromo himself isn't truly "dead" as he can influence the land of the living at will and consistently chose the incarnation of the son who was blindly loyal to his father's ideals over the son who saw past them and saw humanity for what it is; corruptible to the core.
The system Hagoromo created not only didn't stop war or hate, but rather made it easier for humans to kill each other no matter how much or little hate they had. Hagoromo's failure IS the Ninja Sytem itself and that is proven by the fact that Naruto has already failed to protect the peace he swore to create. Naruto's absence proves that his solution is temporary at best and that the peace brought about by his status as the savior of the world will not outlast him. The moment Naruto dies, the world will once again descend into war and death and they are already gearing up with new Ninja Tech to stay on top.
It would have been a better ending for the series for Hagoromo to be the final villain instead of Sasuke since Sasuke is not wrong in his judgements of the ninja world. Having Hagoromo finally die and being unable to "fix" his mistakes (no matter how many times he cheats death to interfere with the world, much like the Izanagi Itachi warned against,) would be the ultimate catharsis for Naruto and Sasuke. Them having to destroy ninjutsu itself and deprive the world and themselves of that power would mark them as villains to be sure, but it would cleanse the world of the power to destroy at such great capacity, which is almost all of what ninjutsu had ever been used for.
