Great job Mr. Kihara, great job. I think the price of the house is worth considering the neighborhood and design and the decor, very elegant. A few questions though: 1. What is the land size on which the house sits? 2. Is it possible to obtain and replicate the house design in another estate for individuals who may not afford the 24M?

Lovely home. A sizeable ensuite guest room on the ground floor is important so that if you get injured and cannot make it up the stairs to the palatial primary suite, you can relocate without feeling deprived like other people are enjoying your sweat more than you. 😄 Or even worse you end up selling your home to move into an apartment with a lift.

at minute 11:20 he says... "I like it that all the rooms in this bedroom come with rain showers..." How many rooms are in one bedroom boss? Also for 24M this is a tiny home with three en-suite office or flex spaces and one main bedroom, unless you plan on using beanbags for beds.

I guess the winner in that home is the housekeeper; I mean do some half-hearted work, sleep in your personal room with your own f**cking personal washroom; prepare yourself some sushi and tea while madam is away and then go to the upper balcony and stare at the beatiful landscape....😂
