Excellent advice and a fun game to play to add some additional pressure on yourself as you get ready for archery 🏹 season.
So, that’s the smallest moose I’ve ever seen, lol. Thinking you’re gonna be good on a elk critter. I’ve got to try this. Also, for those that have anxiety at longer distances this would be a good confidence builder exercise I think. Helps create a different mindset maybe? 👍👍

Well, I’ve been out doing your rule of three. But at a 5” diameter circle which is the size of the 10 ring score on nearly all ASA 3-d animal targets. One rule change is I must be in the 10 on the first shot because we only get one per target at those events. But I still shoot 3 arrows working on form lol. First thing is this will wear you out if you’re having an off day. Secondly, this puts some competition stress a little into the exercise. At my age group we only have to shoot to 40 yards max but I’ve been shooting to 60 in the game. Another stress factor is that when my son and another guy join in there’s a dollar per first arrow bet. Closest to center takes the pot. We do this from 20 to 60. Only done this 3 times since I saw your video the other day. Sure makes one work on getting off a great first arrow. 👍👍
