Great Compo... always great to watch Kev, I enjoy Watching your channel a lot. Few nice Class 40s shots to and the Class 50s. The good old day of the 1970/80s hey. Deltic’s were superb collection. Plenty of man hours have gone in to this compilation. 👍Thumbs Up👍
It amazes me why all these environmentalists never say a word about these engines that belch out diesel fumes but continually go on about diesel cars, these old engines couldn't get anywhere near the emission standards expected for cars vans or lorises for that matter. The days when you saw plumes of black smoke from trucks is long gone in most cases you can't see anything coming out of the exhaust stack anymore yet these are left without a word being uttered. I love these diesel trains but I think it's a bit unfair that it is the motorist who is being targeted unfairly when you see the amount of crap they throw out. Those children who are up in arms about pollution should see this, most of this smoke is down to the engines being worn out or bad maintenance or a combination of both, a properly maintained Diesel engine should not smoke like these, a truck doing this would be banned from the road until it was put right.
