I applaud you for filming in 16x9 framing. Coming from a film/video production world, I shake my head at all this 9x16 format, because people don't want to turn their phones horizontal.

The first time I did an overhead shot my phone got overheated from hanging over the cooking surface. I wound up putting it in the fridge and finished with my iPad.
