    Okay. I was already leaning towards upgrading my Saturn to this system, and now, hearing that it heats the resin, I am fully sold.

    I’ve heard of resin printers before, this is a lot neater than what I was imagining.

    I’ve been very discouraged with my resin printer I feel like I should just sell it but this made me want to start back up again thanks

    To someone who as used an older resin printer, this seems like a dream.

    I know it all depends on the size of a print but how many prints do you think you can get out of one bottle given the cost? And for your prints did you need to use the UltraCraft Pulsing Release Module??.

    you should print your favorite bug from grounded or do a aphid with a red ant helmet and call it Kevin

      Or maybe resin from astroneer

    Hello how did you find it with there being no air filters?

    How does it work with other brand resin?
    Can you show a screen of the settings and how you can adjust these?

    • @3dpprofessor
      @3dpprofessor Před 8 měsíci

      You can not use other resins with this printer. It only works with theirs.
      Theoretically, you could refill their containers with whatever, but their slicer has no means of changing the settings, so it's a crap shoot if it'll work or not. (Probably will, but still.)

    How small can these printers go? Like if I wanted to make lego pieces

  • @ccarter1988
    @ccarter1988 Před 9 měsíci +1

    HeyGears needs to rethink that cleaning station. It requires to much extra workflow changes then most can/will do and on top of that its got to many things to break compared to competitors products making it likely a quick overpriced bucket (when it breaks).

  • @EvilJ069
    @EvilJ069 Před 5 měsíci

    So the resin stays liquid when not in use? That's awesome

      @@foam27I'm used to resins hardening unless used right away, but it's automotive resin. So no, not all of them do

  • @imoutofusernameideas9399

    how does it work (im a little slow)

    • @MAGAMAN
      @MAGAMAN Před rokem +1

      If only there was a way you could search for that information. Like an INTERconnected NETwork of computers or something. Wouldn't that be awesome?

    • @russelljacob7955
      @russelljacob7955 Před rokem

      It is actually one of the early forms of CNC rapid prototyping. The resin is a laser photoreactive material. The larger and older ones actually submerge the parts with the tray lowering into the resin. These work by UV light projected through the tray from underneath iirc.
      Imagine taking a photo essentially.
      More compact, but then are also suspending from above.

    Wow...very cool...but that looks expensive, haha. Both actual printer machine(s)-wise and material-wise. Probably not for me, as I don't have that kind of money...(or space, haha)

    Weirdly this one didn't come up in my feed, I only saw it when Blitz tweeted.
    Could you also please introduce yourself at the start of the videos? I feel bad constantly referring to you as "the woman who does Blitzworks"

    a large printer like astroneer

  • @MAGAMAN
    @MAGAMAN Před rokem +5

    Over complicated, overpriced and a huge mess, especially if you are just going to print figurines off the internet, which seems to be 99% of what people do with it.
