Hello, are the wireless channels and frequency compatible with other wireless lighting? For example all of my wireless lights automatically sync when they are on the red channel. Jmaz currently is the only one not syncing so I have to plug a dmx dongle into it.

You have to change the frequency channel on the light to match whichever system or frequency you are using for further help please contact [e-mail]
