Excellent lights, unfortunately the remote pairing is a nightmare and once engaged, operation seems a bit random. I was able to use them on a gig and they performed wonderfully, using trial-by-error entries via the back of the unit. I'm just missing out on more refined operation including dimming, brightness and color shadings. Do appreciate the video.
Does it have a ZOOM feature? How do you adjust the zoom?

can JMAZ create some kind of instructions for how to program via DMX? I have submitted fixture requests to Chamsys for MagicQ support and Pioneer DJ for Rekordbox support but cannot get the bar & extra pars up & running in either software. I can't find any info online for how to program via DMX online. This 49 second video is the only instruction I can find & is nowhere near adequate. There needs to be more information on how to use this product!

Can the external battery pack be used on other Jmaz products?
Hello, Hydro Matic Great question the external battery pack can only be used for the AERO Series only.
I have the adj MyDMXGo and the Chauvet XLR D-Fi pack can I connect the 4S’ to this system or would I need the Wi-Maz Transceiver?

You cant permanently save the settings just customize on the fly

Hello, are the wireless channels and frequency compatible with other wireless lighting? For example all of my wireless lights automatically sync when they are on the red channel. Jmaz currently is the only one not syncing so I have to plug a dmx dongle into it.
You have to change the frequency channel on the light to match whichever system or frequency you are using for further help please contact support@jmazlighting.com
