Why the tension screw? Was the reciever set not tight fitting

Upper Receiver is actually nice and tight. I’m running the tensioner screw because things will loosen up over time and if I want to run my non solgw uppers on this lower it provides ability to take up any play.

Was the tension screw included?

@@J-Hat the screw doesn't come with SOLGW lower receivers cause they're machined to fit tight with their uppers but you can get a tension screw from SOLGW if you give them a call.
