    These are the most informative videos about working on the AR platform I've ever seen. Keep up the great work. I appreciate when you talk about your tools and who makes them. As a hobbyist, I'd love being able to have access to professional tools, some of course are way outside my budget, but it is nice to know the names of the companies which make them.

    Thanks for all the knowledge that you share with us, I really appreciate it.
    Yesterday I followed your advice and made a container of mobile 1 grease with mobile 1 oil.
    I did something that your wife wouldn't approve of though, I used my kitchen blender with one paddle to mix it with. Worked perfect.

      a cleaning rod chucked into a drill with a plastic or brass cleaning brush worked well for me. My wife would not have been happy about using her blender lol!!!!

    What is the actual minimal measurement of gap between the carrier key and the receiver? I run Vltor A5's and would like to check this. Please and thanks.

    Question...if any of your tests you performed were to “fail”, what would the remedy be?
    Say, for instance, the take down pins didn’t match up with your measurement tool?
    What would you the do to “fix” that?

    Really glad I watched this one, turns out the gas key on my main rifle is extremely close to hitting my lower, added 2 quarters to the back of my buffer tube and now we’re good to go

    Alternative for brass tracks, use hoppes 9 to wipe off. Save the black for boo-boos!

    Old toothbrush end is my mag catch tool for now, but that one looks nice. I needed a new tool anyway.

    "Slave pins save lives!" Call me "cheap" but I save old drill bits or find them at garage sales to turn into slave pins. Just have to remember to anneal them first with a torch or they won't want to cut!

      Looks to be assembled. A lot of those parts are "not factory" from SOLGW. So the owner either assembled or replaced a bunch of the parts.
