I Used To Wrap My Cables Wrong Now I Do It The Right Way. It Does Prolong The Life Of The Cables Great Video Joe.

I’ve watched tons of cable wrapping videos! Stoked to see the same method of over under I use. I also learned another tip. Always use your cable wrap to secure each end on the top of the coil next to each other. Reason being, if someone just opens cable wrap and throws coil on the ground, it’s possible to accidentally pull one of the ends through the middle of the hole vs actually uncoiling the cable. If it’s pulled through the center, you end up with a half hitch knot every two feet roughly. Great content Joe!!! Mahalos from hawaii!

I STILL can't get my head around wrapping the cables properly! Every time I try it ends up a twisted mess :( You've made it clearer though Joe I'm gonna try again

+1 for Over/Under. The ONLY correct way to wrap. I start with the plug toward me and the cable away from me, works easier IMO to over/under...but again, whichever way you start - as long as it's over/under to avoid all the twists in the cable from over/over... I also use Velcro One-Wrap cable ties, get 100 for $12.
