365 days I crewed on sailboats from San Diego, USA all the way down to Panama, stopping in Mexico and Costa Rica. After Panama crossing the Pacific Ocean to New Zealand stopping at islands like the Marquesas Islands, French Polynesia, Tonga and Fiji
45 days I traveled through New Zealand from the Northernmost point to the Southernmost point, then
100 days I traveled by motorbike through Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, then
365 days I traveled in my self-built campervan from Kyrgyzstan to Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, then
365 days I traveled with this van through Iran and Pakistan, then
180 days I built an off-grid log cabin in the woods in Spain, then
180 days I restored an old sailboat in Guatemala, then
180 days I traveled with this sailboat from Guatemala to Honduras, Cuba, Jamaica, Bahamas, Turks and Caicos and the Dominican Republic

Wow new adventure! .. log cabin building! ... would suggest putting a sill gasket (foam) between the wood and concrete ..Concrete is acidity will eat the wood over time..even with the paint..trust me..I’m currently removing a old basement/subfloor from my recent purchase !

So great to watch this video. I liked how you used uncut stone for the footing/foundation and kept the outer edge relatively straight and the rougher edge inward..... so you did not have to chip stone edges.

Another really enjoyable episode. That is a really interesting use of a chain saw, it needs to be used with a very sturdy stand so the stand does not collapse under the weight of the logs and someone ends up cutting off their leg. :-) I bet as you continued drilling those long holes in the ends of the logs the drill bit was dull by the last one - maybe that is why your construction partner was having a difficult time drilling the hole.

Well edited but all round painful to watch. I truly hope you read the comments here & on your other videos for advice on how to improve your building structurally.
There should be a barrier between wood and concrete or else you will see the wood rot after a while.

You should put SBS/treebark or something inbetween wood and concrete, wood will pull moisture from concrete and can rot.

How did you fasten the poles to foundation you must hope the wind does not pick it up it is actually standing loose on the foundation i think you must do more research
