I'm not going to lie, the recent display of "exotic" perks, I was half expecting this guns exotic perk to be: SHOOTS BULLETS OUT THE BARREL or something inspiring like that.

maybe because they're all teasers? none of these videos show the FULL extent of the exotics.

@@dredgalystnah this video is pretty straight forward. If we’re comparing it to the others, the warlock and Hunter exotics are most likely complete useless. Apotheosis veil 2.0

@@SSGoatanks I don't think Destiny would do very well at all as an E-Sports centric game, particularly because of its nature as a seasonal MMORPG, but also because of its duality as both a PvE and PvP title. For Destiny to find itself in a position to grow into a truly competitive E-Sports scene would require a massive overhaul on its general disposition towards game balance, as well as a dramatic shift in the orientation of its content from balance between PvE and PvP, to a dedicated support of PvP over anything else. As one of the oldest of the old-guard who's seen this game at its highest and lowest points, I'd be heartbroken to see its story, lore, and comically imbalanced looter-shooter centric game loop all mulched up and converted to scaffolding for yet another high skill ceiling arena shooter FPS. It's just not what Destiny is meant to be, in my opinion.

Yeah, that’s why I wouldn’t be too hyped up. They’re purposefully not showing everything because they know if they show too much it won’t be as hype as everyone thinks it’ll be.

If it did, it's going to be one of the best options for Solar DPS. Especially if you were running Marksman Goldie as well.

I’ve got a feeling this will just take your super like Ager’s Scepter to utilize. What a very intuitive design choice that does hurt other classes’ supers……

I mean, if I got the chance to use a sniper that had an Alt-Fire Mode that used 10% of my super bar per shot to make each round hit as hard as a Honed Edge Izanigi round, there's a few supers I would use that with.

I mean these guns look dope, and hope they are...but can we get a taste of some these legendary weapons? Exotics are always cool, but you can only use one, lets see some weapons we might be able to pair along with them or something idk. imo, some of the best weapons since witch queen (at least) come in the form of legendaries and the new ones at least for now, look dope af.

@@thehale_that would be pretty useless unless it’s that much better than other supers and existing golden gun in terms of damage? Because you are not only sacrificing your super you are sacrificing weapon damage when you could just have them both separately rather than combine into one

Bro im not gonna lie this still hunt sniper rifle gives of transformers vibes like imagine playing the game fighting the new enemy faction (the dread) in the final shape and suddenly you see a hunter go
"Hunters transform and roll out" (proceeds to transform into a literal golden gun sniper rifle)
then a warlock picks him up and goes say "hello to my little friend" and begins decimating the dread
And in the background you can just hear cayde say "Oh my goodness thats sick as fu- wait could we always do that WTF traveler couldn't be bothered to try and send a message or a vision of some sort telling me how my hunters can transfom into literal Fu***ng golden gun weapons of mass destruction godamm it well its never too late to join the party (cayde with a great struggle due to constantly thinking about ramen 🍜 processeds to transform into the still hunt)

So, instead of buffing other classes’ supers, you all are just giving us Golden Gun because it’s too much work to make unique exotics that buff them? Not surprised since Warlocks are getting radiance from d1 but worse, and an exotic chestpiece that’s garbage.
