You describe our local hills beautifully, what a day you had. She can be ruthless the Cheviot. I’ve been up in all weathers and she never disappoints. Fabulous video. Thank you for taking the time to bring awesome content 🎉

Northumberland was a great place to visit, and I enjoyed The Cheviot, I think I will definitely be back at some point and visit some of the other hills!

Hi Leo, loved the video. Love Northumberland, great place and great people. Have a look around Rothbury, some lovely walks around there too. Northumberland is my favourite, the best coast line and countryside IMO. Have a good Christmas.

This just popped up as a recommended channel. Perhaps you could try Windy gyle or the Schil. Both in the Cheviot hills with stunning views. Really enjoyed your walk with Frank. Thanks for sharing.

Just stumbled across your channel, a nice surprise on a Saturday afternoon! You had better conditions than me when I did this, but I went over Hedgehope Hill and Comb Fell first which gave some interesting bog-trotting!

Yeah I was definitely fortunate with the conditions, I imagine in Northumberland that the weather can be a bit unpredictable 🤣 looking at the surrounding fells it did look like there were a few bogs to contend with 😅
      Thanks for the watch 👍

You picked a good day for it mind and a summit I have never been on, as it is always supposed to be so bogy, no matter when you go up. To be fair, it did not seen to bad for you but it has been really dry lately. We love Northumberland but tend to stick to the coastline which is real impressive up there. Cheers Alan

Yeah it wasn’t too bad to be honest, the bogs are worse in my neck of the woods in The Forest Of Bowland but this time of year is great for that sort of terrain but the wetter months are approaching fast now so I’m sure it would get worse 😂
