Hear me out guys! I tried out this recipe and charcoal grilled the patties. Turned out so well! We aren’t buying store bought patties anymore! Making our own! Thanks to this handsome chef!
I’m never using ground turkey again! The burgers were so juicy I had to check the temp and make sure it was cooked through. Wow so simple and made them in less than 30 minutes. My 5 yo nephew and 9 yo niece loved them and my picky husband was so pleased. Thank you! I didn’t have mint or fresh parsley but I added dried parsley. On point! 👌🏾 I’ll be sure to let them marinate next time.

Hello Akis! Thanks for this! We love this recipe! I have a question about the bread we can use. Can we use the first pieces of bread and we have to take the sides of the bread slices?
Can we use brown bread?

Well I think he meant that the juices that come out of the chicken are soaked up by the bread so that the bread tastes like chicken too.

Habibi i just love the way you cook. i made it and it came out awesome. i fused it with Parmesan cheese and rest was history. i love cooking, i cook indian, pakistani, arabic and irani food. i love all the spices and herbs that goes while cooking. the richness in these food are un-explainable. i try and mix match food and make it my own dish. cooking is all about experimenting. have a nice day..

The moment he put the bread cubes in,I knew this was going to be awesome. And I was right. Made this last week for my folks. Slapped some Chipotle mayo between burger buns. And they loved it. It turned out delicious! Kudos my man! The bread actually became the chicken!

Omg i just made this and it was so juicy and delicious wow first time trying a chicken burger
I should say I made these burgers for my boyfriend with a few minor adjustments. I used whole grain walnut bread and coriander instead of parsley & regular white bread. I also served it with a sweet cranberry and tomato relish with home made sweet potato fries & chickpea and bell pepper stir fried into cous cous. It was amazing. Thanks so much for the share.

My 12 year old made me watch this and asked me to make for him. I’m gonna make now. Thanks it’s a lovely recipe and so easy with everything available in the house. I would replace parsley 🌿 with coriander leaves and might not fry the onions and garlic.
My aunt introduced me to Akis. I tried the banana chocolate cake/bread and I had goofed up one step.
I made this and it turned out excellent. My bread crumbs actually became chicken. Succulent, full of flavour, the patties were delicious. I topped it up with tomato slices, onion slices and some mayo sandwiched between two slices of toasted brown bread. This is a keeper! Thanks Akis, I have shared this recipe with my entire family !

If you can't get minced chicken just buy chicken breasts and pulse them in the food processor with everything else it works fine. :-)

I did this the first time. Had some chicken breasts lying around after making lemon butter chicken dish. So pulsed it in the grinder. Only difference was the texture. But hardly noticeable only the patties are done.
@@akisharaziaahmad8294 Why I always find some muslim or other bad mouthing people and simply spoiling the atmosphere around... Why?
But you have to mince it on the pulse... Otherwise, you will loose the texture of the the mince...

Delish! My 6 yr old twin boys loved this! I subbed chilli flakes for paprika and used dried parsley and thyme and they still turned out great. The caramelised onions is the magic sauce in this.

Hahaha He actually said it right! The bread really absorbs all juices and nobody can differentiate between bread piece and the chicken piece.

Great recipe. I tried it tonight. My husband even ate it and he was so set on not eating a burger unless it was made of beef. But since we stopped eating beef, we use minced chicken often.
