Just think when CJ was at the elite 11 he was a last minute invite I believe due to a cancelation and broke the record for the most accurate QB ever at the elite 11 and won the whole thing. He beat out his friend and this years Heisman winner Bryce Young who took 2nd place. It seems CJ has always been deadly accurate.

Facts...and to think teams are playing two high safety which is basically a version of cover 2. It's designed to stop the pass and there are few weaknesses in it except the deep middle and the intermediate to deep sidelines and CJ is literary dropping passes right into those areas like he's playing fish in a barrel.

Just enough to keep the sack total down and the defenders honest. If the edge rushes are getting around the tackles there must be a run lane open somewhere.

Watched the Gorgia Alabama game. Stroud really sees the whole field. He should have won the Heisman. We just need to put together a better defense, then we will be in the National Championship again.
Thought Justin Fields was the best Ohio St. QB I've ever seen ...but looks like CJ about to be ....and just think ... like halfway through the first half of the Minnesota game at the beginning of the season, he had little bit of a rough start and some fans started rashly calling for his benching on SM....that's why they are fans ....not coaches
I never stopped supporting him as QB1. The kid had obvious pain in his throwing shoulder AND he was making his first few starts. He may end up being the best college QB we've ever seen by the time next season is over.
@@dilldowschwagginz2674 I was unsure of him until I heard he was dealing with a shoulder injury. I didn't mind seeing McCord and Miller for one game (While CJ healed) but I never wanted CJ to be qb2. The guy is incredible and some of our fans were awful toward him.
@@BuckeyeNE thats understandable but like you said you found out the situation before you judged too harshly....after his first like 5 passes i saw tweets saying...this guy can't play at this level or he's not our guy...i was like man lets give him at least a half lol...but some lose patience too fast and we should give a kid a reasonable chance...now if after 3 or 4 games they look bad then it would be time to change....only bad thing about this is losing other potentially great qbs to other teams...of course can't blame them for wanting a chance to play too..go Bucks

He wouldn't have near the production at GA because they don't have the most insanely talented WR room in the country like Ohio state does. He could make perfect throws all day but if there isn't a guy as talented as Smith-Njigba, Garrett Wilson, Olave, etc to catch them - it doesn't matter. And Ryan Day is a big part of why Stroud is this good. Kirby Smart will never produce a QB like that. Bank it

Joe was coming off a major injury and couldn't beat out Dwayne Haskins. Had he been healthy - he would have likely grabbed that starting spot. It is what it is but the good part for me is that I'm an Ohio guy and life long Buckeye/Bengal fan so...
Just saying that kids amazing. Glad he's back home in Ohio where he belongs. 10 times better than Lamar- mahomes - Prescott. Browns haven't had a great Qb since Bernie Kosar and Brian Sipe . The Bengals have had 4 big time qbs . Boomer -,Kenny Anderson - Carson Palmer and Joe Burrow .

It's hard for defenders to cover the sideline as half of it is out of bounds. CJ can lay the rock on the sideline at will making defenders powerless.
