My story starts in South Florida. It seems like I have been training my whole life. It started when I was 2 1/2, with gymnastics. I began competing in this craft at the age of 3. use a bmi calculator to determine your bmi...then figure out how many calories you need to eat daily...then just maintain that number of calories or decrease calories if you want to lose weight or increase calories if you want to gain weight/muscle. Average calories is 1500 per day for most people
If you want to workout just have 3 different exercises for every muscle, do that for 2 weeks and then change to different 3 exercises. For example if working legs try squats, lunges, deadlifts...after 2 weeks switch to running, bicycles, leg extensions...then switch back after 2 weeks and repeat
