  • Overall I am really happy with these suspension mods. While they do provide a bit of a lift, I would say overall these Deavers +3HD leaf springs and the Eibach front springs are a good upgrade over the factory setup. The next logical step I suppose would be 3.0 shocks. hmmm...

    have you had any issues with your CV Boots tearing. I had to switch from Eibach to Geiser springs because the Eibachs lifted my front end too much causing too much stress to my CV Boots. This was on a Gen 1 Raptor

      @TheAllAmericanDriver  Před 2 lety

      Hi Chris, I have not had any negative issues. I've even towed a small trailer across country on different terrain since this install.

      @@TheAllAmericanDriver do you have a Gen 1 raptor? Because the lift of the springs is different then on gen 1 Raptors and your shocks already lift your truck higher then on Gen 1s

    Did you do your alignment after tampering with suspension?

    Definitely not an actual ruin the truck lift . I just got gieser springs with dever +3s . gonna do a Texas shock works program. have them do some magic on those. set it to mid purch with springs and deavers. little better off road while still good on road. Great budget build .

      I still like it over stock. I have a lot of miles towing my small travel trailer, and it still feels very solid and planted.

    Did you have to align the truck after the install?

    • @TheAllAmericanDriver
      @TheAllAmericanDriver  Před 6 měsíci

      I did not align the truck immediately after, I waited a few months and many many miles for things to settle before I got it aligned during my next oil change.

    Not a lift at all. Significant spring improvement. I did a 2018 Gen 2 adding Geiser 3” up front and Icon Option 2 in the back. Replaced the stock bump stock with Raptor specific Sumo Springs to get more protection. Added SDHQ Bump Stop pad to the back. Similar but not identical to yours.
