When the Thunder took a 15 point lead midway through the 4th quarter, it looked like this series would return to Oklahoma City. But late game heroics by CJ McCollum, Mo Harkless, set the stage for the most dramatic series ending shot we've ever seen by Damian Lillard.

C N I didn’t make that read at all. OKC was very competitive during that series against the Warriors and they seemed to have the momentum with them for most of the time. I am talking about KD single-handedly lifting the team on his back against the Spurs in the previous series. The fact is... OKC shouldn't have been playing GS at all that year. It was only because of KD's game 4 performance that their season was saved. That was THE game when it became clear KD was done with Westbrook! People still overlook that game... but THAT is when it all happened. I personally don't put any stock into anything that happened against GS. They never really had any business being in that series, and they were definitely going to lose against the Cavs if they did manage to get to the Finals.
