Sailboat’s are seriously a great time! Buddy of mines uncle built his own with some friends, new fiberglass work and all. Had a blast on that sailboat. Learning the different tasks/jobs necessary to stay with the wind is a lot of fun.
A lesson learned. Never ever think about spending money or investing a dime in developing a business in your city.
For real. That city is a joke. Ryan and I started everything around the same time and my building is currently being built and he’s yet to even pour the foundation. Not to mention, I didn’t get hit with a bunch of random “fees” they make up. Kinda unbelievable how unprofessional them ppl are.

Unless you're a large corporation, then they throw money land and tax incentives at you to have you build in their area
@@Purqix 100% right I did a job a couple years ago for M&M Mars. They threatened to leave the area and the government came in and gave a bunch of money to build onto their existing building so they didn’t leave the area. this is a multi billion dollar company go figure

The thing is he should've known putting everything on his channel that someone from the city would be watching. From the start he got on their radar moving onto the land before he got the Occupancy. From then on they have been keeping an eye on him. He should've known that he has to have that Occupancy to be on the land. Especially to rebuild that shed. Like it or not he didnt do things in the correct order.
