building one my self at the moment besides the small parts like handles etc (wich i always do last), the best part is you do NOT need superglue to secure the metal barrels for the main and 2 secondary front turrets :p
Yeah that's a real neat feature and it builds so quick and easy! The drilling of the holes for the grab handles was a little sketchy for me because I didn't get the right size drill and of course spending two days putting the tracks together was not my favorite part and trying to get them to bend over the drive sprocket and the return wheel but all in all it's been a quick fun and easy build and I have enjoyed the camouflage on it. We'll be doing a show in about 2 weeks on my build Stay tuned.
@@THROTTLEPOWER if just finished mine (beside painting it) 246 track pieces per side took "only" 3,5 hours/side :p i just constructed 20 track pieces at a time and filled in the gap in the tracks with the last 2 needed pieces
Don't worry. It is an easy build, and if you look at some of my how-to videos you can build it! I would suggest getting a spray can at the hobby store of Tamiya paint. It's a modified lacquer that dries fairly quickly and could actually give you a decent paint job on it. You can always buy some other paints and do the camouflage by hand if you wish or just have a nice green tank would still be awesome. I had this in World of Tanks on my old account however I lost that account a few years ago and had to start over recently. I am currently on the level just before I can get this tank and I'm working very hard to try and get this one back. Unfortunately the Japanese Tech tree up to this point really sucks!
Your tank collection is massive.
Yes it is. And it's getting bigger and will be growing this winter time for sure.
Working on that kit now, and it's HUGE!! 👍🙂

I really want this, bc the O-I is my go to tank in wot, but I've never done a model before 😅
