@@juwan5572 He said verbatim “once you master them you will be able to throw them down the stairs and handrails”. When I used to skate I could land 10/10 Kickflips, But I couldn’t do them down big sets or handrails. I don’t think it’s the kickflips I didn’t master lol.
The funny part is he made it sound like because you master this beginners trick you can do it on pro obstacles.
I learned how to kick flip back lip a 20 stair rail the first day I mastered the kick flip

Not humble and not nice. I was gonna meet him at sls and he walked out and I politely asked him to sign my board and he was throwing a fit cause he lost and threw his hands up at me
25 years later and a pro tells me where to kick it properly. I could never learn the way other people did it so I figured my own way. I position my left foot toward the nose then pop and flick the left foot out. Made sense to aim the toe that way and now I realise I was probably aiming the flick where this tattooed man is. I found skating very difficult but very rewarding. Im too old and unfit for it now but I think about it every day.

Always had positivity to cross cancer my negative frustration of not being able to Ollie down a set he's pulling flip tricks into the rail in the middle I could barely Ollie over. Surrounding yourself with skateboarders much better than yourself will help you ascend to their level if they're willing to be modest and humble enough to encourage a younger less experienced no swag having mostly in the way grom

This tip helped me so much I couldn’t even bone a kickflip or catch one and they always went side ways now they’re perfect consistent high boned and I feel confident trying them down stuff

When pros do trick tips they always say the most obvious quick tips and then they be like yup now go do it.
I've seen some good ones. My favorite is Jim Greco's 270 lip slide tutorial. He explains it really well. Also Dan Corrigan is good at explaining tricks too although I don't like him personally that much.

@@trueowens9625 Thanks man! Maybe that’s the issue, just trying to flick too early! I get all four wheels up, nice and high… but my attempt at “flicking” doesn’t rotate the board much at all. I’ll try and keep your advice in mind

The easiest way to learn kickflips in 5 minutes is, find a chin up bar or something above your head, you pull up and try tricks, it’s a simulation of jumping, trust me for a you kid they will learn those flip tricks in no time at all!

I still think a super mob flip can look better than a lot of the cleanest flicks. I've seen the Gonz mob his kickflips back in the day and they always looked great. I forget what video he does one mobbed and it rockets like crazy but it still looks super badass.

Still my favorite trick for it's looks has to be NOLLIE krook on a cement bench. (Front side) just that pop, grind pop off.. simple, but just looks so sick

I also dislike that he wears full Nike all the time, and you can't convince me that he does so or wears a Monster Energy hat 24/7 because it is his "style;" it's fairly clear that he wears what he does because he's being paid to. I also believe the allegations made against him, David Loy, and Chase Webb. Chalking up opinions that differ from yours to "jealousy" shows that you are expending the least amount of mental effort to understand others' view points, which is fine, but don't ask why people dislike him as if you actually want to know why.
