I understand that we are one body in Christ and we are to operate as such. But when covid came and I had to be alone with God. The Holy Spirit showed and told me so many things, and delivered me from so many things during that time period until it is challenging to attend church as regulary scheduled programming, so to speak. So many churches and the leaders of those churches are heavily bound and influenced by the spirit of religion that the actual things of God tends to get put on the back burner. Will there be a perfect church to attend? No. Because no human being is perfect. But are there some churches who try to be more in tuned with the spirit of God? Yes. I see some that I would like to physically attend but they are not necessarily close to me. So I have been doing what I feel the Holy Spirit has led me to do. Will most people agree with me? Probably not. But I am trying to do what I feel God is leading me to do. I can't let certain things and people distract or hinder me. I pray you all's strength in the Lord in Jesus' name. Amen.

Yup yup. I'm in a similar place. For now, the Lord has me off on my own. I suppose to teach me through his spirit and to prepare me for what he has in store for me. Now that doesn't mean we should forsake the gathering together of the brethren. It's important for us to go. But obedience to the Lord is key in all that we do. It's getting more difficult to find a church that is led of the spirit of God. That doesn't operate in pure emotions, or is so rigidly structured that they miss the Lord's will, or has became secularized and polluted with worldly ways.
Hang on, it might not be long. God is good to us and all things work together for those that love God and are called unto his purpose. God knows the plans for us, plans not to harm us, but to give us hope, and a future.
Stay strong. Be obedient. Repent of sin and evil. Pray without ceasing. Keep your mind on the spirit. Keep your eyes on Christ.
The Holy Spirit Will never prompt you to do anything that is not The Word of God so He Will Never Say to forget the assembling of fellow believers.
The gifts and talents God Gave you were for the edification of other believers.
Example..God Gave me the gift of helps and giving. How would I possibly know which Christian has financial needs or help unless I’m there to encourage them and learn about their needs? I can put money in the offering for that brother or sister and encourage them with my words and they will encourage me.
Truly you have to be the ear or foot or hand etc that the rest of the body of Christ needs

I also know once upon a time the Lord told me to not go to a church service, and I wrote it off as my flesh. My wife had a prophetic dream the week prior and had asked the Lord to confirm it if it was from him. She had the same dream three times that night. She felt like she needed to tell the pastor. The dream was that she saw the church divided, some on one side, some on another. A woman stood up front behind the pulpit and when she opened her mouth, a great crack formed down the middle of the church. She looked over at the pastor and he had blood on his hands and couldn't get it off no matter how hard he tried. I tried to talk to him when she told him the dream and said that we were in an uncomfortable position, because it's not for sheep to buck against the shepard like this, but I felt strongly that I should also warn him not to let anything come between him and the Lord and the ministry, not even the closest friendships.
So when I was warned in my spirit not to go and ignored it, the Pastor took us aside after service and in secret, accused us of being false, of me being oppressed by demons (later changed his mind to possessed), and that whatever spirit we had wasnt the holy spirit.
3 months later, the church split. The youth washed out and backslid away. The youth pastor and his wife gave up on ministry. The Pastor left the church. Half the congregation followed him. And he had advised his best friend who was the assistant pastor to divorce his wife secretly even though she had done nothing wrong, to marry another woman who was allowed to preach there and claimed to be a preacher, even though they were both actively adulterers.
It took us years to recover because I trusted in the leadership so much.
Sometimes the Lord will pull us into the wilderness to be alone with him. We don't forsake the gathering together of the brethren, as we want to be there with them, but we must heed the Lord's voice. He isn't telling me to never go back to church, but that for a season, I'm with him alone.
Obedience is key, disobedience is as witchcraft, witchcraft is as blasphemy.
@@Lightbringer-777 i completely agree with you and believe all you’ve said about your experience. I’ve been in a wilderness since July 2022 and God Lead me in a miraculous way to a Pentecostal church although I’ve attended Baptist churches since trusting Christ as my Saviour.
I never doubt the experiences of a child of God because God Does Miraculous things in our lives.

For many years, I have contributed to mission and see my role as a Christian there. I can't go to the mission field myself, but my money can go, and I follow closely every progress and improvement these congregations are doing. Now I have started giving teaching material to China through DPM, as Derek is the bibel teacher I would like to listen to myself if I was newly saved. The situation in China with lack of both Bibles and proper teaching has to be taken care of.

Great message, but I think the title is not correct. First, I would like to say God does not live in buildings but his spirit dwells in us ,AS YOU believe in Christ you become the Temple Of God and the Holy Spirit dwells in You, you become a member of Christ's Body .What we call church today ,in the bible Apostle Paul use to Call them gatherings, now the Lord Jesus Christ said were 2 or three are gathered in my Name he will also be present ,which means the gatherings are vital .my point is to clear the fact or that common knowledge of making it a must to attend in certain church denomination .if we take a look at what the Lord Jesus Christ meant. In Bible study, he will also be present as he is at a Sunday service or at choir orPreaching or prayer service, even encouraging a friend according to the Bible in the street or on the phone .Now we have been a lil bit lazy that most of those activities usually takes place on Sunday at the church gatherings But what the word of God meant is we should be the Church as in the body of Christ where ever we are not only on Sunday service but everyday not the buildings or denominations But we as believers .Do not also stop going to church gatherings because ,there we are in collective plus the Holy spirit gave gifts Apostles Prophets Teachers and many more as it was described in Corinthians On Gifts of the Holy Spirit, so an annointed church gathering will help us not only grow but to be more intact ,Apostle Paul even Warned About neglecting to attend Gatherings .I just wanted to make it clear that a denomination is not what is meant but you and me and anyone who believes in the Lord Jesus Christ are the Church ,so let us go out there and be the Body of Christ .it doesn't matter which denomination you attend what matters is Christ ,so let us interact and love each other as brothers and sisters in Christ, as member of Christ's Body sharing the word and teachings edifying one another in Christ

Rebuke that thing in Jesus name. It's a spirit of fear. Rebuke it and hold fast. Just like the one who replied above, find scriptures about not being fearful. It's all over the place in the Bible about not being fearful, except to have a healthy respectful fear of the Lord.
Draw nigh to God and he will draw nigh to you. Resist the enemy and draw close to God and the enemy will flee from you.
Proverbs 3:5-6 (KJV)
5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
Pray this verse: Father God, in the name of Jesus, help me to trust in You, with all my heart and lean not to my own understanding. Please deliver me from the spirit of anxiety, in the name of Jesus and let your perfect peace rest, rule and abide in me, in the name of Jesus and thank You for my deliverance. Amen.
There are other verses you can pray to help replace your anxiety with God's peace, just don't stop praying for it or thanking Him for it because it will leave you and you won't even know when it happened, you'll just feel lighter and I know because Jesus did it for me.

I am so glad for this video I go to a church they are not partakes of body of Christ they serve holy communion what must I do I am not long with them please give me advise I want to serve the Lord ❤

That's wonderful that you want to serve the Lord. Pray and ask God to show you where you should attend church and while you are waiting for direction from Him continue to pray and read your word. There are also other wonderful preachers you can follow on CZcams like Paul Washer, David Wilkerson and John Piper. Don't be anxious about it, focus on strengthening your personal relationship with Him because churches are not what they used to be. I have been praying for a church home and God has not led me to one yet and I'm intent on waiting on Him for direction because there are so many deceivers in the pulpit.
I have certainly learned to wait on the Lord in my walk with Him.

Derek Prince died 21 years ago so is he just saying join any church just to be a part of a group, without regard to the quality of teaching? There are tares in every church building but there are none in the true body of Christ so my thought is go and join a church that's closest to the Bible and make sure your pastor is wheat not a tare. I haven't found one yet. But I really want to find one. I'm thinking About a messianic Jewish congregation or maybe a an Orthodox Church as long as they don't preach works salvation. It's such a burden
to find the church where God wants me. It's possible that it is one I've already been too but rejected for a number of reasons. No church is perfect but I'm looking for one where the pastor is as close to the full counsel of God as possible.
Dear Sunshine girl, rest assured you are not the only one in this predicament. We are currently in Brisbane and have been looking for a solid Church since 2006. The last one was on a good wicket, until we noticed that the Pastors' Wife actually ruled the roost. I am sure Ferek would turn in his grave if he knew what is currently happening in "Churches". @@nervotica7991 thank you! I have since spoken to a messianic rabbi this afternoon and will try to attend Shabbat service this Saturday morning. So far so good on the phone but I haven't attended there yet. I still want to hear his testimony (and he wants to tell me too) but one thing is for sure he really knows Hebrew and his Bible. I think I'm done with gentile churches. Do you have any messianic churches where you live? If so I'd consider it. All told, I've been looking for a good church since 1980 when I was saved. I had been Presbyterian, but once born again, I saw that the church was dead. And I had been one of the dead ones before.

I've been waiting on God to direct me to a church home too. In the meantime, He has directed me to so many real ministers of God on CZcams like David Wilkerson, Paul Washer, John Piper, and others. As I wait on the Lord, I'm content with walking in His Ways, outside of a church membership because the deception runs deep and I just want to be led by Him.
Thats right when John was exiled to Patmos he could go to Church.

That's exactly the opposite of what's in the church. Viper pits that use scripture to enable their will. Real churches are few and far between. What we were created for is assigned, guess it depends on your assignment and boot camp whether this life is a blessing or otherwise.
It's too hard to maintain the cult mentality without your weekly book club meetings.

“GOD did not create the darkness who killed or slain the Lamb or His Word.”
The people of this world believe that the devil was once good, but because of his ambition to become equal with GOD, he rebelled against GOD. This is a lie! For all GOD’s creation are good. On the first day of creation, GOD only created the Light and separated it from the darkness. Someone who already existed in the beginning made the creation of GOD evil and this is the darkness. The darkness killed the Life that GOD created thru His Words.
Notice the description of the beast (which is also the darkness) in Revelation 17:8, it says “that was” which is similar to the description of GOD “who was” in Revelation 1:8. The word “was” here means “in the beginning” because GOD and His Words already existed in the beginning. And the same with the darkness who already existed in the beginning, but without words yet. And the darkness will go to perdition or will be destroyed forever in the end.
The dust which was used by GOD to form the first man was taken from the dead ground. The ground which was alive before when GOD speaks to it, but was killed by the darkness when it formed a mist and watered the whole ground. But when GOD speaks again Life to that formed dust or the body of the first man, he (the man) became a living being or a living soul. But because the darkness was still present in the flesh of the man, it speaks in the body of the woman and killed her soul. The woman and Adam became dead because of the words of lies that they followed from the serpent.
The darkness or the serpent or the beast who killed the souls of Adam and the woman is present in each and every human body, because he (the serpent) was sent to his belly which is the belly of all human beings. The body that we have is the image of the serpent, and his voice is within us, in our bellies, ruling us in everything that we think, do and speak. We became slaves to this voice since we were born, since our souls were covered with the flesh. And only the Voice of GOD, a Spirit, can release us from this captivity. If your soul cannot hear His Voice, that means your soul is not one of His sons that are from heaven. It means that your soul is one of the sons of the darkness whom he (darkness) watered the ground. Because the sons of the darkness cannot hear the Voice of the FATHER of Light. The darkness will never come to the Light, lest their evil deeds will be exposed. The time has almost come. To the lost sons of GOD, hear and obey the Voice of our FATHER, before it’s too late. Maranatha!

It's an interesting take, but remember that nothing was created without God. Nothing was created without the word, which is the Lord, which is Jesus, who is God with the Father and the Spirit. Not three, but one.
Always go to scripture, let it be the first and final say and counsel. There aren't any private interpretations of scripture either.
I like how you are hungry and like to study deep. But always seek his face about things, and don't come to your own conclusions. Lean not on your own understanding, but instead let the Lord give you understanding.

@@Lightbringer-777 I did not study the Word, but GOD revealed it to me thru His Spirit who is living and ruling my soul. I did not interpret His Words using my own knowledge, but I only speak whatever I hear from Him. Jesus is not GOD but he is the soul whom the Word of GOD released from the captivity of the flesh or from the captivity of the voice of the serpent. It is the Word, Work of the One True GOD, who gave life to the dead soul of Jesus. And his soul became One or ruled by the Word. Jesus received the Word which is the highest authority from GOD. Whatever Jesus speaks are true sayings from GOD. Jesus said that it is the FATHER who is doing the Work and he only received the authority. But the people of this world are worshipping him, even if Jesus pointed the FATHER as the One True GOD. No one can come to the TRUTH unless the FATHER draws him. Maranatha! @@fetohephzibah-bondservanto4862 if what has been to revealed to you does not line up with scripture, then its not okay. Study the Bible. I wasn't going to be confrontational as my last message was purely to encourage you to learn scripture. However, alot of what you have stated here isn't in the Bible, isn't scripturally based, and needs the word applied to it. Jesus was never in captivity of Satan, God did create everything, Jesus is God along with the Father and the Spirit. Read the Bible, it's going to help your discernment a great deal. If you are hearing things contrary to the word of God, it's false and from a spirit trying to trick you.
Things such as "Jesus received the word" - first book in the new testament tells you otherwise, that in the beginning was the word, and it was with God. Further over it tells you that Jesus IS the word.
Get rooted and founded in scripture. That will become a firm foundation for you. All else is unstable ground.
Scripture even says if anyone else comes preaching you another gospel than what you have heard, call them accursed. And that gospel being what the Bible says.

You cannot gain wisdom from GOD if you are using your own fleshly knowledge, because all our own knowledge are ruled by the serpent who is sitting like GOD in all human bodies. Why is it that the Pharisees and the scribes did not understand the testimony of Jesus even if they were learning the Scripture in their times. They were even using the original version of the Scripture. It is because the FATHER did not draw them to the TRUTH, because they are not one of His lost sons. Even if you will spend your whole life learning the Bible, you will never understand it rightly, because only the Spirit of GOD can interpret His Words correctly. HE chose His witnesses, four in this last generation who are the two olive trees and two lampstands in Revelation 11 to testify the TRUTH before the pouring of His Wrath, so that His remaining lost sons will escape and enter the Promise Land. But the dwellers or citizens of the earth will remain at the pouring of His Wrath to Babylon, this world which is ruled by the darkness, because they do not have the love of the TRUTH. They will reject or kill the Word who is blowing the trumpets or warnings in this last generation. Even so, Maranatha! To the One True GOD alone be all the glory! Amen and Amen!
You are a wolf in shepherd's clothing. Most all preachers make their wealth off of the backs of those who actuall live and work in the real world. I no longer attend a church and still serve the Lord, Jesus of Nazareth. And I am much happier after I walked away from the organized man made institution called a church.
