That poor daughter. I forgot she even existed during this episode.

I read your comment and said, "Oh yeah! The daughter."

And she’s so sweet, she’s the sweetest little girl ever. I can only hope to raise my future girl to be like that
What’s sad is little girls will mirror the relationships later in life on the relationship they have with their fathers .

😢
🏆
Yes agreed, it caught my attention immediately. No accountability, pushing the guilt onto the victim.
I think he may had even said "IF" you felt that way, not "THAT"...Bro, seriously??
And what about him gaslighting his wife telling her he just shouted at Zack when he forcibly shoved him to the floor. And Zack didn't move because he was waiting to be hit - get that man away from his family!
If that’s how bill acted when Jo was there, imagine how he treated everyone off camera
Horrifying.
Horrifying.
It's sadd
Could've been even worse
The family has no dad who seems to care so kid enjoys pushing his dad around. Imo
(Before it was removed due to privacy requests) According to the episode's Supernanny wikia page, Brenda and Bill divorced after the episode; Brenda remarried two years ago. Bill was charged with assault in 2008.
For real?
Good! Bill’s an effing bully!!

@@ArtieArchives It's true according to the episode's Supernanny wikia page.

Are we gonna talk about how sweet Erin is? "Thank you Mom, you're the best girl in the whole wide world." So adorable!! 🥺🥺
God bless the mum.
I'm so happy to hear that Brenda divorced Bill. In her interview, when they were asking her about her marriage, I could see the deadness in her eyes. She was 100% DONE. She didn't feel loved... because Bill wasn't showing love towards anyone. Not to Brenda, and not to the kids. They are all so much better off away from him.
👍👏👏👏👏👏
I think it's tragic.
you can tell that no matter what jo had done to help, the damage was already there and it couldn’t be fixed. i hope brenda and her family are better now
Apparently, Bill got arrested for assault.
GG GANG! 😄😄🎉
When Zach pushed his dads hands off his head, and shouted back at his dad.
You can see it in Bills eyes, that’s when he realized he sees himself in his son

@@ronaldsteinhauer5561 agreed. Zachary is mirroring his own father’s aggression and taking it out on his mother. Bloody good thing Brenda left Bill.
@@TFTN_official It's sad. You can tell Bill knows what he needs to do but he's clearly not "present" most of the time. You can also see how childlike he is when he's enjoying himself.
The son was probably imitating some of his own father's aggression.
Maybe the kids can get on track with Bill not teaching them “his” bad habits.
Imagine what this world would be like if every abusive parent had someone like Jo straightening them out. We'd have so many more happy and healthy children!

God I wanted to cry when she got upset with her friends round, she was so defeated
The friends looked like they cared though..that’s nice.
Probably wasn’t a good idea to have friends over.
I was crying - I felt her pain, the aggression is where dad is at
I know that if my friend's child was treating her that way I would definitely be stepping in and saying something to the kid. I know you're not supposed to say anything but I've told kids in grocery stores you shouldn't talk to your mother that way, heck I've told grown men would you let your mother hear you talk like that LOL
That kid cares nothing about time out
Its no wonder that Zac is treating his mother aggressively, when his father treats him just as aggressively!
Zack clearly hates his dad
Treats him or treats her… that child learned that behaviour from someone
Divorce, then give Zac to Bill.
Jo, Bill did push Zac, but it wasn’t that aggressive at all. You really blew it up. I would not want you to testify against in court.
Bill is clearly abusive. Just listen to Brenda at the parent meeting. She has explicitly said he’s verbally abusive to her around the kids. Jo could see it too. When she said, “Your son won’t even want to know you” after he pushed him, it’s clear that she meant that he would want to live with Brenda and not communicate with his father. Just sad.
Then Jo shouldn't have gaslit Brenda by telling her: you can stay together or "give up"
@@deniseanderson4270 it was evident that Bill was abusive to both his now ex wife and kids, and Jo didn’t gaslight Brenda at all. I’m glad they’re divorced now and Brenda is hopefully happily remarried

I’m not shocked that Bill was later arrested for assault and that they divorced. There were several times I really felt that Brenda was scared of him but trying to hide it for the cameras…bad vibe going on here at times…
Imho
Did the dad get arrested for assault on his wife Brenda in 2008?
So sorry to learn this.
That little boy was so beautiful and sweet at heart. He was mimicking his dad, and was angry and frustrated about his father’s anger (and didn’t know any other way to express it).

But the kids matter so much to her. Their welfare matters SO MUCH . When something matters enough, some level of insane bravery pops out.
And by the time Jo leaves all the kids (even the ones who were violent) love her and don't want her to go 😃
Jo Frost is truly amazing. She IS emotional intelligence. She gives discipline and hard truths that need to be had and heard. But she explains what must be with fairness and clarity and rewards with empathy and sincerity. Her compassion for people is so obvious.
Really when you get to that dead eyed numbness in marriage, it’s time to call it quits. Dad had dark vibes.
They divorce
Hope brenda is okay
She divorced Bill and she’s now remarried
The dad seems more gentle with the daughter bc when Zach was on top of Erins back the dad shoved him off then he gently put his hand on her back and even started to walk towards her when she walked away like he was trying to make sure she was ok also the dad saying "I'm sorry u feel that way" that is gaslighting at it's finest
I mean if she’s walking away she’s probably scared or doesn’t wanna be around him
She’s desperate
He may be gentler with his daughter, but him SHOVING Zach and then LYING about it when Mom asked why Zach was upset is DANGEROUS.
@@CeltycSparrow thanks for this. When I heard Brenda say, “what are you crying about?” And Bill said, “because I told him to get off of Erin.” I thought Brenda was asking why Bill was crying. Maybe she was asking Zach why he was crying, and Bill answered why Zach was crying? Is that about right?

Yeah I don’t know what’s going on Parents are in their 50s or 60s
The fact that their friends will willing to take their kids over there at all is so surprising to me. I wouldn't want to put my kids near another kid that behaved like that.
I’m sure it was because they wanted to be on tv and show off how “well behaved” their own kids are.
I’m opposite. The angered child needs to see the behaviour of other children. IF your well behaved child ever pulled that stunt, remember they listened to you before and 🥰 will again but I couldn’t shut out any child
Me neither
Actually my kids are the ones befriending the „difficult“ children around. They are calm, empathetic and don’t take their aggression personally. They simply say „No, not like that!“ and ignore the kid until they calmed down. I am proud of them and I know how important these kids are for kids that really have problems at home (like I had).
I feel bad for the other moms having to witness Zachary's behavior like that and the way he's acting is unacceptable. 😮😳

Yes. My stepmom has some anger issues. I wasn’t the only one in the house that got anger outburst lectures from her, the other people in the house got it too, as well as the dogs. I want my stepmom to get mental help, just like Bill should’ve done. It’s not always because you’re crazy or unstable, you just need better ways to deal with that anger. My way of doing it is to try my best to never be angry in life at all. Shut anger off altogether, pretend that emotion never exists in life.

At 10:54 he says that Brenda could take the kids and go live at home with her parents, that struck me as odd, most fathers would be of the opinion that the mum and kids stay in the house until the youngest is 18 or sell it and split the money because most fathers wouldn't want their kid's life disrupted like that. He's not that nice really.
He meant that they would have somewhere to go--once they sell the house. And he would likely get an apt for himself. With room for the kids on the weekends. That is the standard here. But atleast he wasn't arguing for custody from the start! That was very fair of him.
