About Seinfeld:
Seinfeld stars Jerry Seinfeld as a stand-up comedian whose life in New York City is made even more chaotic by his quirky group of friends who join him in wrestling with life's most perplexing, yet often trivial questions. Often described as "a show about nothing," Seinfeld mines the humor in life's mundane situations like waiting in line, searching for a lost item, or the trials and tribulations of dating. Co-starring are Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Jerry's ex-girlfriend and current platonic pal, Elaine Benes; Jason Alexander as George Costanza, Jerry's neurotic hard-luck best friend; and Michael Richards as Jerry's eccentric neighbor, Kramer.

Kramer instantly changing his mind about going to the Library even though he mocked the entire library setup a second earlier is hilarious.😂
@@MareZcare Bruh shut up, the man is just sharing a key moment in the bit. Go cry for your toxic life.
Kramer didn’t even blink an eye. 😂
I wouldn't expect nothing less from a Kramer..He is always readddyyy for new experiences.
@@MareZcare Get a life man, it's just a harmless comment.
@@MareZcare Yes she is. You probably shouldn't be using your parents youtube account, little boy. You could get in trouble. Maybe when you grow up you can get your own.
The librarian was played perfectly by what is obviously a very highly skilled, trained actress -- all of the subtlety's are spot on in her expressions, eye and head movements, etc. - a great performance
If you didn't know, the librarian is played by Ashley Gardner, voice of Nancy Hicks-Gribble on King of the hill.
That’s my purse! I don’t know you!
Thanks sug!
Those lips man, she was hot.
No idea 👍
Thank you for this random fact
After 25 years, we don't call them delinquent.
What do you call them?
Criminals!
I remember when the librarian was a much older woman discreet not attractive
Voice text no Bueno
@@ClydeHUC Leslie Neilsen would've made a good bookman or Robert Stack.
Leo Bookman should've also been in the episode where Jerry catches Uncle Leo stealing the books.😂
That was was at Brentano's, not the library.
@@bossfan49George turned it into a library by reading in the bathroom. 😂
Yes bookman is the heavy
Nothing like a hot librarian
Bookman calls Js "joyboy"!! Classic!
The Library aired October 16, 1991, so for the sake of argument, because Jerry checked out the book in 1971, we'll round to an even 20 years. At 10 cents a day that adds up to $36.50 a year multiplied by 20 years, it comes out $730 in overdue fees.
Add about 50 cents or so for leap year days LOL
So Bookman went easy on Jerry? What happened to no exceptions?
you didn't do compound interest, did you?
@@saharghanouni8301 go right ahead
*picturing Morty Seinfeld working out the interest owed from Leo's $50*
“Look! Trying to save a quarter.”
😆
The Librarian needs a little Kramer!
This is one of my favorite Kramer moments where he is throwing game at the library lady
it was obvious she needed a little kramer.
The best of Kramer's romances. Leo Bookman should have been called in to investigate why it didn't appear in more episodes
Absolutely the best writing, actors, and overall comedic entertainment in the history of man. And no, that’s no exaggeration! 😏
“We didn’t know anything about her private life…. we didn’t WANNA know anything about her private life!” 🤨
She didn’t have a private life!
@@perrystone879 How would he know that if he neither did nor wanted to know anything about the subject, huh?
@@VestinVestin it doesn't have to make sense. The important think is i found the third line in the comments.
He can't help it. He's got the Kavorka
Ahhahahaah that was what I immediately thought!
Kramer missed the opportunity at saying "he actually goes out on cases? ....Book cases?!"
Mr. Bookman🤣💯👍
Her poetry is pretty good, but she's no Newman.
The Dewey decimal system. What a scam that was.
Joy boy 😂
That and "these pretzels are making me thirsty". 😁
Librarian Also Played Didi Hill On King Of The Hill.
and Nancy Gribble. Other King of the Hillers were Stephen Root who played the bank manager when Kramer wanted his $100 for not being greeted with a "Hello". And Toby Huss was The Wiz!
2:34 Continuity shots? Never heard of her
needs a "little Kramer"...
And then, "she'll need a little shot of penicillin."
Clearly, she needed a lot of Kramer. Maybe she thought his name was Krammer...
3:01 The coldest transition in the channel😂🤔🥶
I bet she wanted to get to Jerry
@@opticalmixing23The comment is talking about the editing.
Philip Baker Hall's incredible performance overshadows everything in this episode, but Ashley Gardner (Marian) was also excellent. She's one of three King of the Hill voice actors to appear on Seinfeld. (She voiced Nancy Gribble and several others). The other two were Stephen Root (Bill Dauterive) who was the bank manager who awarded Kramer $20, and Toby Huss (Kahn Souphanousinphone) who played The Wiz.
1971....I wasn't even born yet and I'm old!
Haahahhaha not that old I am sure! I was born in 1977 and I don't think I am old!😮
Kramer's so smooth with women
And he’s actually called Bookman?
It’s like calling an ice cream man Cone
Or a diary inspector named milk
He actually goes out on cases?
Jerry foiled by bookman.. just like Scooby-Doo and the gang 😅😅
“When you think about that, think about this, …this is your final warning” daaamn bookman was coooold 😂😭😭
The Kavorka is strong with this one.
it's called nominative determinism.
Kramer's got the Kavorka!
😅Hilarious the 🍀library Cop✌️
"We didn't know about her private life. We didn't want to know about her private life."
KAVORKA!!!!
“She didn’t have a private life”
Kramer was the only reason I watched and liked Seinfeld.
Where the ordinary Joe sees a librarian, Kramer sees a lonely woman... A spinster...
Maybe it's that kevorka talking
Elaine actually being thoughtful and kind for once, trying to comfort Kramer when he’s crying.
This is Season 3. Elaine was fairly nice for the most part until around somewhere between Seasons 5 and 6, she starts to gradually change
She's nice when she tells Bubble Boy's dad that of course Jerry will go to their house to meet him.
@@suzyrunninghawk7870And?
"why don't you leave?"
🔥🔥🔥
Ice cream man named "Cone"
Properly, Cohn.
Librarians, scientists...not bad for a guy with 0 education and no job.
😂😂😂
The librarian is such a good actress, especially in the line reading at 2:07
Damn Jerry was the joy boy before luffy! Lol 3:02
I love this episode
That's a great actress
She was really good here. The library cop character is so strong, and PBH knocked it out of the park...so it kind of overshadows everybody else.
Bookman-out on a book case haha that’s just too perfect! 👍🏻📚
I love Mr Bookman he also played a doctor in curb your enthusiasm, but back to the librarian my God she does look like Emma Thompson?
I forgot he was in Curb!
She is a knockout.
K : - Why don't you leave ?
- I cant
- he could have answered : "I know"
And I just learned that “Tropic of Cancer” is a real book.
"That's like an ice cream man named cone"
that would be $365
Its Bookman!
Fun fact 👉 that lady rode him behind the scenes and almost got caught. Came out in a book 2007
Get outta here!!!😮
@@joycampi7233 true story
Kramer really has a thing for women with books lol, he also got attached with the bookshop worker in season 9
Kramer has no visible connection to reality, but got to admit, he is insightful when it comes to women and spinning their dial.
Guess, there was a clear glimpse of ... KAVORKA!!!
I got a flash for you, joy boy. Party time is over.
Bookman don't play around.
Yes he does.
4:48 This general made me come close to crying
Out of all the characters, Kramer deserves a happy ending the most
I'm pretty sure Kramer had a happy ending with the librarian.
This bookman story was the best in the entire sitcom. Made me really laugf 😂
A nickel a day for 20 years is roughly 365 dollars.
Let’s see…a nickel a day…for a week is .35 cents. .35 cents for a month is $1.40. A dollar .40 for a year is $16.80. $16.80 multiplied times 20 years is $336! Close!
Kramer is the mann
3:03 JoyBoy? I was unfamiliar with your knowledge of One Piece Mr.Bookman
You edited right in the middle of bookmans funny lecture
4:48 - 5:00
Kramer has been "touched" for a long time
Needs a little kramer 😂
Librarian looks like Emma Thompson
They are in the library talking behind her like there is no way she could hear them. She needs a little Kramer. She's a woman 👩 she can sense them without even listening. Gotta love the staging of these scenes. 💎
That’s actually not up to 5,000 dollars
With how good Bookman was idk why they didn’t try to get him back somehow
Jerry’s shirts
This kind of comedy is very dated by now! Incredible how time flies! 🤣
It's still attracting new, younger viewers on Netflix. What's dated...the sound of the audience/laugh track? No cell phones or internet?
@@bossfan49What is dated is newspapers, and people going to a library to read them. Even the idea of books in a library is starting to disappear. My college has 250,000 books, but they are all digitized, and they only have a few thousand on display beside all the rows of computer desks. Students are not interested in physical copies of books anymore.
@@artistjoh Those are just props though. It doesn't have anything to do with the "type of comedy".

No she doesn't.
Kramer explains about the 8th wonder of the world compounding to anyone who listened to him that day and acted upon it would be a millionaire now.
